【摘要】：目的:觀察以加減玉腎露為主的益氣健脾補腎止血法治療隱匿性腎炎血尿(脾腎氣虛證)的臨床療效。材料與方法:采用隨機對照方法,將60例隱匿性腎炎脾腎氣虛型血尿患者隨機分為治療組30例,對照組30例。治療組予以加減玉腎露為主的中藥湯劑口服。對照組予至靈膠囊聯(lián)合腎復康膠囊口服。療程為8周。治療期間第2、4、6、8周均對兩組患者的主要癥狀、體征及尿中紅細胞計數等信息進行采集,治療前后各記錄一次肝腎功能。結果:1.在中醫(yī)癥候方面,治療組臨床控制3例,顯效7例,有效17例,無效3例,總有效率90%;對照組臨床控制0例,顯效3例,有效21例,無效6例,總有效率80%。治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。2.中醫(yī)單項癥狀方面,治療組在腰脊酸痛、尿頻療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05),兩組治療疲乏無力、便溏、浮腫、面色無華療效相當(P0.05)。3.在西醫(yī)療效方面,治療組臨床控制9例,顯效16例,有效2例,無效3例,總有效率90%;對照組臨床控制2例,顯效13例,有效7例,無效8例,總有效率73.3%。治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結論:以加減玉腎露為主的補腎健脾益氣止血法可以明顯改善隱匿性腎炎血尿(脾腎氣虛)患者的臨床癥狀,減少尿紅細胞計數,療效確切,且安全可靠,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tonifying spleen and tonifying kidney and hemostatic therapy of occult glomerulonephritis (spleen and kidney qi deficiency syndrome). Materials and methods: 60 patients with occult nephritis with deficiency of spleen and kidney qi were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The treatment group was treated by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction. The control group was treated with Zhiling capsule combined with Shenfukang capsule orally. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The main symptoms, signs and count of red blood cells in urine were collected at the 2nd week and 4th week during the treatment. The liver and kidney function were recorded once before and after treatment. The result is 1: 1. In the aspect of TCM symptoms, there were 3 cases of clinical control, 7 cases of remarkable effect, 17 cases of effective and 3 cases of ineffective in the treatment group, and 90 cases of total effective rate in the control group, while in the control group, there were 0 cases of clinical control, 3 cases of remarkable effect, 21 cases of effective, 6 cases of ineffectiveness, and 80% of total effective rate. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Chinese medicine single symptom aspect, the treatment group in the lumbar spinal soreness, urination frequency curative effect is superior to the control group (P0.05), the two groups treatment fatigue is weak, loose stools, the swelling, the complexion does not have the Hua curative effect to be similar to P0.05U. 3. In the treatment group, 9 cases were clinically controlled, 16 cases were effective, 2 cases were effective, 3 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 90%, while in the control group, there were 2 cases of clinical control, 13 cases of remarkable effect, 7 cases of effective, 8 cases of ineffectiveness, and 73.3% of total effective rate. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the method of tonifying kidney and invigorating spleen and supplementing qi to stop bleeding can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients with occult glomerulonephritis (deficiency of spleen and kidney qi) and reduce the count of urine red blood cells. The curative effect is accurate, and the method is safe and reliable. It is worth popularizing.
