【摘要】：目的:觀察穴位埋線療法對(duì)乳腺增生臨床癥狀以及催乳素水平的影響,并為臨床治療乳腺增生提供行之有效的治療方法。方法:納入符合診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的HMG患者44例,將全部患者隨機(jī)分組,分為針刺對(duì)照組和穴位埋線治療組,每組各22名患者。并觀察比較兩組的治療效果和治療前后的癥狀體征積分,以及兩組治療前后催乳素的變化。運(yùn)用SPSS17.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:(1)穴位埋線治療組和針刺對(duì)照組治療乳腺增生總有效率分別為95.45%、90.90%,無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05),表明兩組治療乳腺增生病均有效,且療效相當(dāng);(2)兩組在乳房疼痛、月經(jīng)異常、情緒變化、瘀血變化方面前后自身比較和治療后兩組間比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05),說明兩組都有療效,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;(3)兩組PRL自身前后比較和治療后兩組間比較均有顯著性差異(P0.05),說明兩組都有療效,且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:穴位埋線療法可有效的改善乳腺增生患者的臨床癥狀和體征,并可以有效的改善催乳素水平,為乳腺增生的臨床診療提供了理論依據(jù),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the clinical symptoms and prolactin level of mammary gland hyperplasia, and to provide an effective method for the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia. Methods: 44 HMG patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture control group and acupoint embedding therapy group with 22 patients in each group. The effect of treatment, the score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and the changes of prolactin before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results the total effective rates of the acupoint embedding therapy group and the acupuncture control group in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia were 95.45 and 90.90, respectively. There was no statistical difference between the two groups in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia, indicating that both groups were effective in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary gland, and the curative effect was equivalent to that in the other two groups) in the treatment of breast pain, abnormal menstruation and emotional changes, there was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of mammary hyperplasia. There were significant differences in the changes of blood stasis between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05), which indicated that both groups had curative effect. There were significant differences in PRL between the two groups before and after treatment, indicating that both groups had curative effect and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Conclusion: acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs of breast hyperplasia patients, and can effectively improve the level of prolactin, which provides a theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of breast hyperplasia, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
