【摘要】：目的:探討電針靈臺、神道對心臟過早搏動(簡稱"早搏")的臨床療效及免疫功能的影響。方法:收集2014年9月至2016年2月來我院就診的心臟早搏患者130例,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將其分為試驗組與對照組,每組65例。對照組給予美西律藥物治療,試驗組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上給予電針治療,穴取靈臺、神道,每天1次,每次20min。療程20d,治療結(jié)束后隨訪6個月。結(jié)果:治療后試驗組與對照組的總有效率分別為95.4%和83.1%,試驗組明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。兩組的左心室收縮末內(nèi)徑和舒張末內(nèi)徑在治療后均明顯低于治療前,且治療后試驗組低于對照組(P0.05)。治療后試驗組的CD_4~+值明顯高于對照組(P0.05)。隨訪結(jié)束后試驗組的靶血管重建、死亡、心肌梗死等心血管事件發(fā)生率為7.7%,對照組為20.0%,試驗組明顯低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:電針靈臺、神道可促進(jìn)心臟早搏患者心功能的改善,并可提高患者的免疫功能,同時還對遠(yuǎn)期心血管疾病的預(yù)防具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect and immune function of electroacupuncture Lingtai (EA) and Shinto (Shindao) on premature heart pulsation (premature beat). Methods: 130 patients with premature cardiac beats from September 2014 to February 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group (n = 65) and control group (n = 65). The control group was treated with mesiglitazone and the experimental group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 20 days, followed up for 6 months after the treatment. Results: the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 95.4% and 83.1%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). The end systolic and diastolic diameters of left ventricle in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and that in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group (P 0.05). After treatment, the CD4 ~ value of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 0.05). At the end of follow-up, the incidence of cardiovascular events such as target vascular remodeling, death and myocardial infarction in the trial group was 7.7and 20.0 in the control group, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: electroacupuncture Lingtai and Shinto can improve cardiac function and immune function of patients with premature cardiac beats, and also have certain significance for the prevention of long-term cardiovascular diseases.
