【摘要】：miRNA(MicroRNA)為一類非編碼的微小核糖核酸,能間接的發(fā)揮調(diào)控蛋白翻譯的作用,目前在現(xiàn)代解剖意義上的腎臟中已發(fā)現(xiàn)有大量miRNA與中醫(yī)藏象理論中"腎藏象"的生理功能緊密相關(guān)。該文通過文獻(xiàn)整理與理論評(píng)述,從傳統(tǒng)中醫(yī)學(xué)"腎藏精"理論出發(fā),探討miRNA對(duì)中醫(yī)藥防治糖尿病腎病的意義。糖尿病腎病是糖尿病導(dǎo)致的危害性最大的一種慢性并發(fā)癥,以微血管病變進(jìn)而引起腎小球硬化為重要特點(diǎn)。臨床上中醫(yī)藥治療對(duì)于糖尿病腎病控制癥狀、改善病情有著顯著作用,通過對(duì)相關(guān)miRNA的研究有助于進(jìn)一步深入理解中醫(yī)治療的現(xiàn)代物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)。今后miRNA對(duì)于糖尿病腎病的相關(guān)研究必將越來(lái)越受到人們的重視。
[Abstract]:MiRNA-microRNAs are a kind of non-coding small ribonucleic acids, which can indirectly regulate the translation of proteins. At present, a large number of miRNA have been found to be closely related to the physiological function of "kidney hiding" in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). This paper discusses the significance of miRNA in the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy from the view of traditional Chinese medicine's theory of "kidney essence" through literature review and theoretical review. Diabetic nephropathy is one of the most harmful chronic complications caused by diabetes, which is characterized by microangiopathy and glomerulosclerosis. Chinese medicine treatment has a significant effect on controlling symptoms and improving the condition of diabetic nephropathy in clinic. The study of related miRNA is helpful to further understand the modern material basis of TCM treatment. In the future, more and more attention will be paid to the study of diabetic nephropathy by miRNA.
