【摘要】：目的:了解成都市居民對針灸疾病譜認(rèn)知情況及針灸治療期望。方法:編制針對成都市居民關(guān)于對針灸疾病譜認(rèn)知情況及針灸治療期望的調(diào)查問卷,通過實地抽樣及網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查,收集相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果:共回收有效問卷1 548份,其中實地調(diào)查1 041份,網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查507份,調(diào)查結(jié)果表明成都市居民對針灸的認(rèn)知度和對針灸疾病譜的認(rèn)知情況中等;針灸疾病譜中,認(rèn)知度最高的疾病是失眠,分別占實地調(diào)查和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查的45.0%、75.4%;認(rèn)知度最低的疾病是不孕不育,分別占實地調(diào)查和網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查的8.3%、34.3%。結(jié)論:成都市居民對針灸的認(rèn)知情況有進一步提升的空間,今后應(yīng)該加強針灸優(yōu)勢病種的科普宣傳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the cognition of disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion and the expectation of acupuncture and moxibustion in Chengdu. Methods: a questionnaire was compiled on the cognition of disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion and the expectation of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment among the residents in Chengdu. The relevant data were collected and analyzed by field sampling and network investigation. Results: a total of 1,548 valid questionnaires were collected, of which 1,041 were investigated on the spot and 507 were investigated on the net. The results showed that the cognition of acupuncture and moxibustion and the disease spectrum of acupuncture were moderate among the residents of Chengdu, and the disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion was the highest in the disease spectrum of acupuncture and moxibustion. The disease with the highest degree of cognition was insomnia, which accounted for 45.0% of the field investigation and 75.44% of the online survey, while the lowest cognitive disease was infertility, which accounted for 8.33% of the field survey and 8.33% of the online survey. Conclusion: there is room for further improvement of the cognition of acupuncture and moxibustion among the residents in Chengdu, so we should strengthen the popularization of science on the dominant diseases of acupuncture and moxibustion in the future.
