【摘要】：目的探討老年腦卒中后痙攣性偏癱患者針灸治療的臨床效果及肢體運動功能Fugl-Meyer(FMA)評分和日常生活活動改良Barthel指數(shù)(BI)變化。方法 94例老年腦卒中后痙攣性偏癱患者隨機分為觀察組和對照組各47例。兩組均給予常規(guī)基礎(chǔ)藥物治療,觀察組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予針灸治療,隨訪3個月。用改良Ashworth痙攣分級量表對治療前后痙攣程度進行評價,測定FMA評分和BI指數(shù)。結(jié)果治療前兩組痙攣分級無顯著差異(P0.05),治療后觀察組痙攣分級顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05);治療前兩組FMA和BI評分無顯著差異(P0.05),治療后1、2、3個月觀察組FMA和BI評分均顯著優(yōu)于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)上給予老年腦卒中后痙攣性偏癱患者針灸治療有助于減輕痙攣癥狀,同時對患者肢體運動能力和生活能力也有顯著改善作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture and moxibustion in elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke and the changes of Fugl-Meyer 's FMA score and modified Barthel index. Methods 94 elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group (n = 47) and control group (n = 47). Both groups were treated with routine basic drugs, and the observation group were treated with acupuncture and moxibustion for 3 months. The degree of spasticity was evaluated by modified Ashworth scale before and after treatment. FMA score and BI index were measured. Results before treatment, there was no significant difference in spasticity grading between the two groups (P 0.05), but the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P 0.05) in the spasm grading before treatment, and there was no significant difference in the FMA and BI scores between the two groups before treatment (P 0.05). The FMA and BI scores in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group at 12 and 3 months after treatment. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy on the basis of routine treatment for the elderly patients with spastic hemiplegia after stroke is helpful to alleviate the symptoms of spasticity and improve the motor ability and life ability of the patients.
