藏藥三果湯防治高原紅細(xì)胞增多癥作用機(jī)制的網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目的:本研究運(yùn)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)藥理學(xué)方法研究藏藥三果湯防治高原紅細(xì)胞增多癥(HAPC)作用機(jī)制,旨在探索性研究藏醫(yī)藥治療特色病種多維研究方法,并對臨床用藥提供科學(xué)理論依據(jù)。方法:利用TCMSP數(shù)據(jù)庫篩選出三果湯復(fù)方化合物中的有效成分群,針對HAPC機(jī)制,通過PharmMapper服務(wù)器進(jìn)行靶點(diǎn)的預(yù)測分析。將得到的潛在靶點(diǎn)導(dǎo)入MAS3.0數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行靶點(diǎn)注釋與分析,最后結(jié)合KEGG數(shù)據(jù)庫進(jìn)行通路分析。結(jié)果:共預(yù)測得到三果湯潛在靶點(diǎn)193個和70條信號通路,其中有24個靶點(diǎn)和25條通路與HAPC有關(guān)。結(jié)論:實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,三果湯多元酚、黃酮類和萜類等成分可能通過參與細(xì)胞增殖、氧化反應(yīng)、內(nèi)分泌代謝、炎癥反應(yīng)等過程,增強(qiáng)機(jī)體免疫功能及低氧應(yīng)激能力,從而多靶點(diǎn)、多通路協(xié)同發(fā)揮抗HAPC的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the mechanism of Tibetan medicine Sanguo decoction in preventing and treating HAPCs of plateau polycythemia by using the method of network pharmacology, in order to explore the multidimensional research method of Tibetan medicine treating characteristic diseases, and to provide scientific theoretical basis for clinical use of drugs. Methods: the active component group in compound of Sanguo decoction was screened by TCMSP database, and the target was predicted by PharmMapper server according to the mechanism of HAPC. The potential targets are imported into the MAS3.0 database for target annotation and analysis. Finally, the path analysis is carried out with the KEGG database. Results: a total of 193 and 70 signal pathways were predicted as potential targets of Sanguo decoction, of which 24 and 25 were related to HAPC. Conclusion: the results showed that the polyphenols, flavonoids and terpenoids of Sanguo decoction could enhance the immune function and the ability of hypoxia stress by taking part in the processes of cell proliferation, oxidative reaction, endocrine metabolism, inflammation and so on. Thus, multiple targets and multiple pathways play a synergistic role in anti-HAPC.
