【摘要】：目的觀察涼血消銀湯口服聯(lián)合消銀熏洗湯外用治療尋常型銀屑病血熱證的效果,及其對(duì)血清血管內(nèi)皮生長(zhǎng)因子(VEGF)水平的影響。方法將120例尋常型銀屑病血熱證患者隨機(jī)分為A、B、C組,3組均局部外用復(fù)方黃連油,A組口服涼血消銀湯,B組消銀熏洗湯局部外洗,C組口服涼血消銀湯并用消銀熏洗湯局部熏洗,2周為1個(gè)療程,共4個(gè)療程。治療前后行銀屑病面積與嚴(yán)重性指數(shù)評(píng)分評(píng)價(jià)臨床療效,觀察不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況,并檢測(cè)3組血清VEGF水平。結(jié)果 A、B、C組臨床療效總有效率分別為70.0%、70.0%、97.5%,C組與A、B組比較,P均0.05。3組未發(fā)現(xiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。與治療前相比,3組治療后血清VEGF水平均低,且C組較A、B組低(P均0.05)。結(jié)論涼血消銀湯口服聯(lián)合消銀熏洗湯外用治療尋常型銀屑病血熱證效果好,其機(jī)制可能與降低患者外周血VEGF水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of Liangxue Xiaoyin decoction combined with Xiaoyin fumigation decoction on the blood fever of psoriasis vulgaris and its effect on the level of serum vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods 120 patients with psoriasis vulgaris syndrome were randomly divided into three groups: group A and group C were treated locally with compound Coptis chinensis oil. Group A was given orally Liangxuxiaoyin decoction, group B and group C were treated with Liangxue Xiaoyin decoction and Xiaoyin fumigation decoction. Local fumigation and washing for 2 weeks as a course of treatment, There were 4 courses of treatment. The area and severity index of psoriasis before and after treatment were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy, observe the occurrence of adverse reactions, and detect the level of serum VEGF in the three groups. Results the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in group A and B was 70.0 and 70.0 respectively. There were no significant adverse reactions in group C and group A (P = 0.05.3). The levels of serum VEGF in group C were lower than those in group A and group B were lower than those in group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion the effect of Liangxue Xiaoyin decoction combined with Xiaoyin fumigation decoction on blood fever syndrome of psoriasis vulgaris is good. The mechanism may be related to the decrease of VEGF level in peripheral blood of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
