【摘要】：目的:通過(guò)觀察蛇六谷聯(lián)合辨證論治對(duì)三陰性乳腺癌術(shù)后患者細(xì)胞免疫功能及臨床中醫(yī)癥候群的影響,分析其臨床療效,為臨床應(yīng)用提供一定的科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:2015年1月～2017年1月期間江蘇省中醫(yī)院名醫(yī)堂及江蘇省腫瘤醫(yī)院乳腺科收治的三陰性乳腺癌患者,隨機(jī)選取55例。此55例患者均為乳腺癌術(shù)后,均已行EC-T方案化療8個(gè)周期,未行放療,且病理診斷為三陰性乳腺癌。此55例患者采用自身前后對(duì)照的方法,其中先"單純根據(jù)癥狀辨證選方"治療3個(gè)月,此為第一個(gè)治療周期;后改為"根據(jù)癥狀辨證選方聯(lián)合蛇六谷"再治療3個(gè)月,此為第二個(gè)治療周期。所有患者治療6個(gè)月后,通過(guò)對(duì)中醫(yī)癥狀積分、體力健康狀況的評(píng)分及細(xì)胞免疫指標(biāo)變化的觀察,比較兩種治療方法對(duì)三陰性乳腺癌術(shù)后患者細(xì)胞免疫功能及中醫(yī)癥候群等的影響。結(jié)果:"辨證選方聯(lián)合蛇六谷"的治療方法在改善細(xì)胞免疫功能方面優(yōu)于"單純辨證選方不聯(lián)合蛇六谷"者,P0.05,兩者有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。而在中醫(yī)癥候群、體力健康狀況的改善方面,兩者的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:用"蛇六谷聯(lián)合辨證選方"治療三陰性乳腺癌術(shù)后患者,與"單純辨證選方"相比,可更好的改善患者的細(xì)胞免疫功能,蛇六谷的應(yīng)用值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Snake Liugu combined with syndrome differentiation on cellular immune function and clinical TCM syndrome in patients with triple-negative breast cancer, and to provide scientific basis for clinical application. Methods: from January 2015 to January 2017, 55 patients with triple negative breast cancer were randomly selected from Mingyitang of Jiangsu Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and Department of Breast of Jiangsu Cancer Hospital. All of the 55 patients had been treated with EC-T regimen for 8 cycles without radiotherapy, and the pathological diagnosis was triple negative breast cancer. The 55 patients were treated with the method of self-control before and after treatment, in which the first treatment period was "simply according to syndrome differentiation prescription" for 3 months, and then changed to "according to syndrome differentiation prescription combined with snake six grain" for another 3 months. This is the second treatment cycle. After 6 months of treatment, all the patients were observed on the scores of TCM symptoms, physical health and cellular immunity. To compare the effects of two treatment methods on cellular immune function and TCM syndrome in patients with triple-negative breast cancer after operation. Results: the therapeutic method of "syndrome differentiation and selecting prescription combined with snake six grain" was better than that of "simple syndrome differentiation prescription not combined with snake six grain" in improving the cellular immune function. There was statistical significance between the two methods. However, there was no significant difference in the improvement of physical health in TCM syndrome group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of triple negative breast cancer with "snake six grain combined with syndrome differentiation and selecting prescription" can improve the cellular immune function of patients better than that of "simple differentiation and selection of symptoms", and the application of snake six grain is worth popularizing in clinic.
