【摘要】：目的分析中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表-41條目簡(jiǎn)短版的結(jié)構(gòu)效度和反應(yīng)度,評(píng)價(jià)該量表辨識(shí)中醫(yī)體質(zhì)的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法選取2013年2月—2014年7月于廣東省中醫(yī)院珠海醫(yī)院自愿接受治未病并完成26周中醫(yī)體質(zhì)綜合干預(yù)的509例受試者為調(diào)查對(duì)象。依據(jù)干預(yù)前的體質(zhì)判定結(jié)果,調(diào)查對(duì)象均自行實(shí)施干預(yù)措施并記錄,并由專(zhuān)業(yè)醫(yī)生進(jìn)行監(jiān)督和指導(dǎo)。分別于干預(yù)前和干預(yù)26周后,調(diào)查對(duì)象自行填寫(xiě)中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表。采用因子分析評(píng)價(jià)中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表-41條目簡(jiǎn)短版的結(jié)構(gòu)效度;通過(guò)比較干預(yù)前后各條目及各亞量表得分,并計(jì)算變化率(CR)、效應(yīng)量(ES)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化反應(yīng)均數(shù)(SRM)評(píng)價(jià)反應(yīng)度。結(jié)果因子分析顯示,提取的8個(gè)公因子解釋的方差貢獻(xiàn)率均≥4.00%,累積解釋的方差貢獻(xiàn)率53.57%;特征根均1.00,主要支配的條目與8種偏頗體質(zhì)基本對(duì)應(yīng),形成較好的解釋。調(diào)查對(duì)象干預(yù)前后條目26、44、49、52得分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);其余條目干預(yù)后得分低于干預(yù)前(P0.05)。各條目平均CR(絕對(duì)值)、ES(絕對(duì)值)、SRM(絕對(duì)值)分別為7.81%、0.16、0.20。調(diào)查對(duì)象干預(yù)后平和質(zhì)亞量表得分高于干預(yù)前,氣虛質(zhì)、陽(yáng)虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)、濕熱質(zhì)、血瘀質(zhì)、氣郁質(zhì)、特稟質(zhì)亞量表得分低于干預(yù)前(P0.05)。各亞量表平均CR(絕對(duì)值)、ES(絕對(duì)值)、SRM(絕對(duì)值)分別為12.79%、0.25、0.35。結(jié)論中醫(yī)體質(zhì)量表-41條目簡(jiǎn)短版結(jié)構(gòu)明確、反應(yīng)度良好,具有較高的測(cè)量?jī)r(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the structural validity and response of the short version of TCM physique scale-41, and to evaluate the application value of the scale in the identification of TCM physique. Methods 509 subjects were selected from February 2013 to July 2014 in Zhuhai Hospital of Guangdong traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital who voluntarily received pre-treatment and completed comprehensive intervention of TCM constitution for 26 weeks. According to the result of physique judgment before intervention, all the subjects carried out the intervention and recorded it, and were supervised and directed by the professional doctor. Before and after 26 weeks of intervention, the subjects filled out the TCM physique scale by themselves. Factor analysis was used to evaluate the structural validity of the short version of TCM physique scale -41 items, and the scores of each item and sub-scale before and after intervention were compared, and the response degree was evaluated by calculating the rate of change (CRN), the effect quantity (ESN) and the average of standardized response (SRM).
