【摘要】：目的:探究目前針灸治療月經(jīng)性偏頭痛的文獻(xiàn)規(guī)律,了解國內(nèi)研究現(xiàn)狀,為臨床和科研提供思路和依據(jù)。方法:運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)計(jì)量學(xué)分析的方法,檢索出所有相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果:共檢索出有效文獻(xiàn)62篇,發(fā)表在40種期刊上,包括學(xué)位論文4篇、會議論文1篇;臨床研究類文獻(xiàn)共計(jì)57篇;常用治法為綜合療法和針刺;使用頻率最高的穴位是:風(fēng)池、百會、太陽、率谷。結(jié)論:目前針灸治療本病臨床研究水平較低,缺乏多中心大樣本的隨機(jī)對照試驗(yàn),缺乏相關(guān)的機(jī)理探討;針灸治療本病方法眾多,缺乏較為統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識,針灸治療本病的優(yōu)化方案還需進(jìn)一步探尋;病名及診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有待進(jìn)一步統(tǒng)一和規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the literature rules of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating menstrual migraine, to understand the current situation of domestic research, and to provide ideas and basis for clinical and scientific research. Methods: all relevant documents were retrieved by bibliometrics and quantitative analysis was carried out. Results: a total of 62 effective papers were retrieved, including 4 degree papers and 1 conference paper, 57 clinical research articles, and the common treatment methods were comprehensive therapy and acupuncture. The most frequently used acupoints are: wind Pool, Baihui, Sun, rate Valley. Conclusion: at present, the clinical research level of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of this disease is relatively low, the randomized controlled trial of multi-center and large sample is lacking, and the related mechanism is not discussed, there are many methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for this disease, and there is no unified understanding of acupuncture and moxibustion. The optimized scheme of acupuncture and moxibustion for this disease needs to be further explored, and the disease name and diagnostic criteria need to be further unified and standardized.
