【摘要】：吳佩衡先生長(zhǎng)期從事中醫(yī)臨床和教學(xué),積累了豐富的臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)和學(xué)術(shù)理論,被譽(yù)為當(dāng)代扶陽派的代表人物,主溫藥亦不排斥寒涼。先生多年精研《傷寒論》,深得仲景醫(yī)理和方術(shù)要旨,以陰陽為核心,遵守辨證論治準(zhǔn)則,為多種疑難病癥的診治提供了思路和方法。研究目的通過對(duì)吳佩衡先生《傷寒論講義》《吳佩衡醫(yī)案》及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的梳理,歸納總結(jié)先生對(duì)《傷寒論》的理解認(rèn)識(shí)及臨證運(yùn)用規(guī)律,以更好繼承和發(fā)揚(yáng)先生對(duì)仲景傷寒研究的學(xué)術(shù)貢獻(xiàn)和臨床辨治的指導(dǎo)作用及領(lǐng)悟?qū)χ嗅t(yī)臨床思維養(yǎng)成的啟迪意義。研究方法1.本課題運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)整理研究的方法,以《傷寒論講義》《吳佩衡醫(yī)案》《麻疹發(fā)微》《醫(yī)藥簡(jiǎn)述》作為藍(lán)本,參考現(xiàn)行《傷寒論選讀》《中醫(yī)內(nèi)科學(xué)》等教材資料,梳理講義和醫(yī)案,尤其是挖掘出先生對(duì)講義的闡釋及補(bǔ)充發(fā)展之處,歸納總結(jié)其重視的基礎(chǔ)理論及其學(xué)術(shù)思想。2.整理歸類先生醫(yī)案診治的病種、證型、方藥等,總結(jié)先生治則治法、方藥等運(yùn)用的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和特色。3.歸納總結(jié)先生學(xué)術(shù)和臨證對(duì)《傷寒論》理法方藥的傳承和創(chuàng)新并對(duì)其進(jìn)行較為客觀的學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)和臨床意義分析。研究?jī)?nèi)容1.吳佩衡先生對(duì)《傷寒論》的補(bǔ)充和創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容研究。2.吳佩衡先生臨證辨治思想規(guī)律的研究。3.吳佩衡先生選方用藥、治則治法的研究。研究結(jié)果1.吳佩衡先生編著的《傷寒論講義》,結(jié)合臨床深究經(jīng)典,論證以陰陽為綱,對(duì)仲景學(xué)術(shù)思想作了補(bǔ)充和完善,陽主陰從,陰陽并重的辨證思維模式處處可見。2.吳佩衡先生重視圓運(yùn)動(dòng)理論和氣化理論在中醫(yī)經(jīng)典研究和臨床應(yīng)用中的學(xué)術(shù)價(jià)值。3.吳佩衡先生臨證十分注重神、舌、脈表現(xiàn),精辨寒熱,脈證合參。4.吳佩衡先生針砭時(shí)弊,從辨證論治出發(fā),制定扶陽抑陰、扶陰抑陽等治療法則,強(qiáng)調(diào)“有是證用是藥”,故不畏麻桂之辛、姜附之熱;大黃、芒硝、石膏等之寒而當(dāng)機(jī)立斷,應(yīng)手取效。5.吳佩衡先生崇陽而顧陰,擅溫?zé)嵋采煤疀?以八綱辨證、六經(jīng)辨證、臟腑辨證為主,診治疾病涉及內(nèi)、外、婦、兒多科。研究結(jié)論吳佩衡先生作為經(jīng)方理學(xué)大家,雖擅于扶陽,但其理法根本實(shí)質(zhì)凸顯了以陰陽為綱的辨治思維,執(zhí)法于寒熱兩端,并結(jié)合六經(jīng)辨證、臟腑辨證等辨證方法,扶陽或扶陰的最終目的是為達(dá)到陰陽平衡,這對(duì)我們研究經(jīng)典和臨證均有很大的啟發(fā)和實(shí)際運(yùn)用的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:Mr. Wu Pei Heng has been engaged in the clinical and teaching of traditional Chinese medicine for a long time, and has accumulated rich clinical experience and academic theory. After many years of intensive research on febrile Diseases, Mr. Zhongjing obtained the essence of Zhongjing's medical theory and prescription, taking Yin and Yang as the core and obeying the criteria of syndrome differentiation and treatment, which provided the train of thought and method for the diagnosis and treatment of various difficult and difficult diseases. Objective to summarize Mr. Wu Peiheng's understanding and understanding of the theory of febrile fever and the rules of his clinical application through combing his lecture on febrile diseases and the medical records of Wu Peiheng and related documents. In order to better inherit and carry forward Mr. Zhongjing's academic contribution to the study of typhoid fever and the guiding role of clinical differentiation and treatment and the enlightening significance of understanding to the cultivation of clinical thinking of traditional Chinese medicine. Method 1. This subject applies the method of literature research, taking Wu Peiheng's medical case > < measles microcosm > as the blueprint, referring to the current teaching materials, such as selected readings of the Theory of febrile Diseases and Internal Medicine of traditional Chinese Medicine, and combing out the handouts and medical records. In particular, he excavated the explanation and supplementary development of his handout, and summarized his basic theory and academic thought. Sort out and classify the types of diseases, syndrome types, prescriptions, etc., sum up the experience and characteristics of the use of Mr. This paper sums up and summarizes the inheritance and innovation of Mr. Scholars' academic and clinical syndromes in the theory of febrile diseases and prescriptions, and makes an objective academic evaluation and clinical significance analysis on them. Research content 1. Wu Pei Heng's supplement and innovation to the Treatise of febrile Diseases. Wu Pei Heng's thought law of discrimination and treatment of clinical evidence. 3. Wu Peiheng selected prescription medicine, treatment principle treatment research. Results 1. Wu Peiheng's "on the Treatise of febrile Diseases", combined with the classical clinical research, demonstrates that Zhongjing's academic thought is supplemented and perfected with Yin and Yang as the outline, and the dialectical thinking mode of "Yang dominating Yin" and "Yin and Yang equally emphasizing" can be seen everywhere. Wu Peiheng attaches importance to the academic value of circle motion theory and gasification theory in the classical research and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. Wu Peiheng very pay attention to the clinical symptoms of God, tongue, pulse performance, fine differentiation of cold heat, pulse syndromes combined with reference. 4. Mr. Wu Pei-heng pointed out the disadvantages of the times. Starting from syndrome differentiation and treatment, he formulated treatment principles such as "nourishing yang to suppress yin, and helping yin to suppress yang, and stressed that" there is a syndrome that is used as a medicine, "so he did not dread the cold of rhubarb, mirabilite, gypsum, and so on, so he did not dread the cold of rhubarb, mirabilite, gypsum, and so on." Take effect by hand. Mr. Wu Peiheng Chongyang and Gu Yin, good at heat and cold, with the eight syndrome differentiation, six meridian differentiation, zang-fu syndrome differentiation, diagnosis and treatment of diseases involved in the internal, external, women, children many subjects. The conclusion is that although Mr. Wu Pei-heng is good at nourishing Yang, the essence of his theory highlights the thinking of differentiating and treating Yin and Yang, enforcing the law at both ends of cold and heat, and combining the dialectical methods of six meridians and viscera, and so on. The ultimate goal of Fuyang or Fuyin is to achieve the balance of yin and yang, which has great enlightening and practical significance for us to study classics and clinical certificates.
