【摘要】：目的:基于本體探討脾相關疾病的核心病機。方法:收集、整理中醫(yī)內、外、婦、兒各科教材和高級參考書中脾相關病證142個納入本體資料庫。經(jīng)癥狀規(guī)范后,按"脾失運化水谷""脾失運化水液""脾不統(tǒng)血"的病機對全部病證的癥狀進行分類�；谡Z義網(wǎng)絡,以644個領域概念、1888條語義關系構建脾相關"病證-癥狀-病機"本體圖,并根據(jù)本體數(shù)據(jù)繪制雷達圖、統(tǒng)計各類病機的癥狀分布。結果:脾相關疾病共計98種,脾氣虛證居各證之首。脾失運化水谷的癥狀占全部癥狀的60.96%,且在142個脾相關病證中均有分布,主要為便溏、納少、乏力、神疲、納呆等癥;脾失運化水液癥狀占全部癥狀的9.52%,主要為水腫、身重、咯痰、口黏膩、面色白光白等癥;脾不統(tǒng)血癥狀占總癥狀的3.20%,主要為便血、鼻衄、齒衄、月經(jīng)量多、紫斑等癥。結論:脾失運化水谷是脾相關疾病的核心病機,其以脾氣為根,臨床診療各類脾相關疾病均應重視益氣健脾、健運水谷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the core pathogenesis of spleen related diseases based on ontology. Methods: 142 spleen related diseases and syndromes in traditional Chinese medicine, foreign medicine, women, children and advanced reference books were collected and sorted. After the symptoms were standardized, the symptoms of all the disease syndromes were classified according to the pathogenesis of "spleen losing and removing water valley", "spleen losing and removing water solution" and "spleen not regulating blood". Based on semantic network, 1888 semantic relationships of 644 domain concepts were used to construct spleen related ontology map of "disease syndrome, symptom and pathogenesis", and radar map was drawn according to ontology data to calculate the distribution of symptoms of all kinds of pathogenesis. Results: there were 98 kinds of spleen-related diseases. The symptoms of the incapacitated water valley of the spleen accounted for 60.96 of the total symptoms, and they were distributed in 142 spleen related diseases, mainly loose stools, lack of appetite, fatigue, exhaustion, incapacity, and so on, while the symptoms of the lost water of the spleen accounted for 9.52% of the total symptoms, mainly edema, body weight, etc. Sputum, greasy mouth, white complexion and other symptoms; spleen non-blood symptoms accounted for 3.20% of the total symptoms, mainly for stool bleeding, epistaxis, tooth bleeding, menstrual volume, purple spots, and so on. Conclusion: the spleen losing and removing water valley is the core pathogenesis of spleen related diseases, whose root is temper. Clinical diagnosis and treatment of all kinds of spleen related diseases should pay attention to invigorating qi and strengthening spleen, and carrying water grain healthily.
