【摘要】：目的:本課題通過研究維西醫(yī)結(jié)合療法對異常粘液質(zhì)型良性前列腺增生癥患者的國際前列腺癥狀評分IPSS(International Prognostic Scoring System)、生活質(zhì)量評分QOL(Quality of Life)、血清PSA濃度與超聲學(xué)參數(shù)的影響,探討維吾爾醫(yī)綜合療法結(jié)合西醫(yī)在治療BPH的影響,為異常粘液質(zhì)型良性前列腺增生癥的維吾爾醫(yī)治療提供進(jìn)一步明確的理論支持。方法:所有病例均為新疆維吾爾自治區(qū)維吾爾醫(yī)醫(yī)院外科自2016年1月至2017年1月的住院確診異常粘液質(zhì)型良性前列腺增生癥患者124例,以上患者年齡46~85歲,中位年齡60.5歲(P25=55歲,P75=65歲)。符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例患者,采用非隨機對照試驗方法分入治療組(鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊口服加用維吾爾醫(yī)綜合療法)和對照組(鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊口服),每組60例。治療21天,觀察異常粘液質(zhì)型良性前列腺增生患者治療前后IPSS評分、QOL評分、血清PSA(prostate-specific antigen)濃度、殘余尿量(RU)、前列腺體積的影響比較。結(jié)果:治療后2組患者綜合療效、IPSS評分、QOL評分、殘余尿量(RU)等指標(biāo)均明顯改善,與治療前比較,差異均有顯著性意義(P0.05);治療后兩組患者前列腺體積、血清PSA濃度等指標(biāo)均無明顯改變,與治療前比較,差異均無顯著性意義(P0.05);治療后兩組患者不良反應(yīng)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意(P0.05)。結(jié)論:本觀察結(jié)果表明,使用維吾爾醫(yī)綜合療法結(jié)合鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊口服可明顯緩解異常粘液質(zhì)型BPH患者臨床癥狀,并可以明顯改善IPSS評分、QOL評分、殘余尿量(RU)等指標(biāo),在改善癥狀和提高患者生活質(zhì)量方面與鹽酸坦索羅辛緩釋膠囊單獨口服比較有一定的優(yōu)勢。維西醫(yī)結(jié)合治療異常粘液質(zhì)型良性前列腺增生癥效果明顯,不良反應(yīng)少,值得推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: the purpose of this study was to study the effects of combined therapy with western medicine on international prostate symptom score (IPSS(International Prognostic Scoring system), quality of life score (QOL(Quality of life), serum PSA concentration and ultrasonic parameters in patients with abnormal mucous benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). To explore the effect of Uygur medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of BPH, and to provide further theoretical support for Uygur medical treatment of abnormal mucous type benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: all the patients were 124 patients with abnormal mucous type benign prostatic hyperplasia diagnosed from January 2016 to January 2017 in surgery department of Uygur Medical Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous region. The age of the above patients was 460-85 years old. The median age was 60.5 years (P 2555) and 65 years (P 75). 120 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group (Tansoroxine hydrochloride sustained release capsule orally combined with Uygur medicine comprehensive therapy) and control group (tansoloxin hydrochloride sustained release capsule orally, 60 cases in each group). After 21 days of treatment, the effects of IPSS score, serum PSA(prostate-specific antigen-concentration, residual urine volume and prostate volume on the patients with abnormal mucous type benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) were compared before and after treatment. Results: after treatment, the indexes of IPSS score, QOL score and residual urine volume (RUU) were significantly improved in both groups, and there were significant differences between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05). There was no significant change in serum PSA concentration, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was a significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment (P 0.05). Conclusion: the results showed that the combination of Uygur medicine combined with tansoloxine hydrochloride sustained release capsule could significantly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with abnormal mucous type BPH, and improve the IPSS score and residual urine volume (RUU). There are some advantages in improving symptoms and quality of life of patients compared with tansoloxine hydrochloride sustained-release capsules alone. The treatment of abnormal mucous type benign prostatic hyperplasia with combination of Weiwei and western medicine has obvious effect and less adverse reaction, so it is worth popularizing and applying.
