【摘要】：目的:觀察“疾刺”針?lè)ㄅ浜铣Ｒ?guī)針刺治療周?chē)悦姘c的臨床療效,并與常規(guī)針刺方法治療周?chē)悦姘c的臨床效果相比較,探索疾刺針?lè)ǖ呐R床優(yōu)越性,為提高周?chē)悦姘c的臨床療效開(kāi)拓新思路。方法:將60例來(lái)自于山東中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)針灸科門(mén)診的周?chē)悦姘c患者隨機(jī)分為疾刺治療組和常規(guī)針刺對(duì)照組,疾刺組采用針刺治療面癱常規(guī)穴位加患側(cè)疾刺針?lè)ㄅ浜蟃DP照射進(jìn)行治療;對(duì)照組常規(guī)針刺治療。對(duì)兩組面癱患者分別在治療后的第8天(中期)、28天(后期)進(jìn)行House-Brackmann(H-B)面神經(jīng)功能評(píng)價(jià)分級(jí)評(píng)定和面癱癥狀體征量化表的評(píng)級(jí)調(diào)查。結(jié)果:1.兩組總體療效比較有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),疾刺組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組,而且疾刺組的痊愈率、顯效率及總有效率均高于對(duì)照組。2.兩組治療前和治療8天后單個(gè)靜態(tài)觀評(píng)分組內(nèi)比較均有顯著性差異(P0.01);兩組治療前和治療28天后單個(gè)靜態(tài)觀評(píng)分組內(nèi)比較均有顯著性差異(P0.01);治療后組間比較,有非常顯著性差異(P0.01),其中鼻孔和額紋兩個(gè)癥狀評(píng)分有顯著性差異(P0.05),疾刺組的單個(gè)靜態(tài)觀評(píng)分優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。3.兩組治療前和治療8天后單個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)觀評(píng)分組內(nèi)比較均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01);兩組治療前和治療28天后單個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)觀評(píng)分組內(nèi)比較均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01);治療后組間比較,諸癥評(píng)分及動(dòng)態(tài)觀評(píng)分總和均有顯著性差異(P0.05),疾刺組的單個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)觀評(píng)分優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。4.兩組治療前和治療8天后面神經(jīng)功能總分組內(nèi)比較均差異性較少(P0.01);兩組治療前和治療28天后面神經(jīng)功能總分組內(nèi)比較具有明顯的差異性(p0.01),疾刺組的治療效果明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:疾刺針?lè)ㄅ浜铣Ｒ?guī)針刺治療周?chē)悦姘c優(yōu)于單純常規(guī)針刺治療。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of "ji acupuncture" combined with routine acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis, and to explore the clinical advantages of disease acupuncture in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. To improve the clinical efficacy of peripheral facial paralysis to open up new ideas. Methods: sixty patients with peripheral facial paralysis from the Department of Acupuncture and moxibustion Department of Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. The patients in the disease acupuncture group were treated with acupuncture, and the patients in the control group were treated with conventional acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation. Two groups of patients with facial paralysis were assessed by House-Brackmannian H-B-evaluation on the 8th day after treatment (middle stage, 28 days) and the rating of the quantitative table of symptoms and signs of facial paralysis were investigated. The result is 1: 1. There was a significant difference between the two groups in overall curative effect (P 0.01). The cure rate, effective rate and total effective rate of the disease acupuncture group were higher than that of the control group (P < 0.01), and the cure rate, the effective rate and the total effective rate of the disease acupuncture group were higher than those of the control group. There were significant differences between the two groups before treatment and 8 days after treatment in the single static score group (P 0.01), in the two groups before treatment and 28 days after treatment, there was significant difference in the single static view score group (P 0.01), the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.01), the difference between the two groups before and after 28 days treatment was significant (P 0.01), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment. There was a significant difference in the scores of nostril and frontal stria (P0.05), and the single static score in the prick group was better than that in the control group (.3.). There were significant differences between the two groups before treatment and 8 days after treatment in the single dynamic score group (P 0.01), the difference between the two groups before treatment and 28 days after treatment was very significant (P 0.01), the difference between the two groups after treatment was significant (P 0.01), the difference between the two groups was significant (P 0.01), and there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after 28 days of treatment (P < 0.05). There was significant difference in the sum of symptom score and dynamic view score (P 0.05), and the single dynamic score of the disease prick group was better than that of the control group. 4. The difference of the total score of nerve function before and after 8 days of treatment in the two groups was less than that in the control group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups before treatment and after 28 days of treatment. The therapeutic effect of the disease acupuncture group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion: the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis with disease acupuncture combined with routine acupuncture is superior to that of simple routine acupuncture.
