【摘要】：三焦郁滯、膽胃失和是膽汁反流性胃炎的根本病機(jī),并伴有膽胃氣機(jī)不利、膽胃郁熱、瘀血內(nèi)阻、濕邪內(nèi)蘊(yùn)等病機(jī)演變。臨證時(shí)從調(diào)暢三焦為綱進(jìn)行治療,并結(jié)合氣血、寒熱、虛實(shí)之所異調(diào)整臟腑功能。本病初發(fā)者以三焦氣機(jī)不暢、膽胃郁熱為多見(jiàn),治宜調(diào)暢三焦,清膽和胃,以柴胡桂枝湯為主方;病程較長(zhǎng)者,常伴有三焦氣化不利、夾痰夾濕,治宜宣暢三焦,行氣化濕,方選三仁湯加味;若病日久者,往往耗氣傷陰,夾有血瘀,治宜調(diào)補(bǔ)三焦,活血養(yǎng)胃,方選百合湯、生脈飲合丹參飲化裁。
[Abstract]:Sanjiao stagnation and gall stomach disharmony are the basic pathogenesis of bile reflux gastritis, accompanied by adverse gallbladder qi, gallbladder and stomach stagnation, blood stasis and dampness. Clinical treatment from regulating the three-Jiao unobstructed, and combined with Qi and blood, cold and heat, deficiency of the different regulation of viscera function. The first onset of this disease is that the three Jiao Qi machine is not free, the gallbladder and stomach stagnation is the most common, the treatment should adjust the three Jiao, clear the gallbladder and stomach, take the Chaihu Guizhi decoction as the main prescription; the course of the disease is older, often accompanied by the unfavorable gasification of the three Jiao, with phlegm and dampness. Fang Xuan San Ren decoction; if the disease for a long time, often qi injury Yin, there is blood stasis, treatment is appropriate to adjust the three-Jiao, blood-promoting stomach, Fang Xuan lily decoction, Shengmai drink and Danshen drink cut.
