【摘要】：目的:探究舒心湯治療老年抑郁的臨床療效。方法:根據(jù)CCMD-3及中醫(yī)郁證診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)入組97例老年抑郁病例,隨機(jī)分為中藥組與西藥組,其中脫落4例(中藥組1例,西藥組3例),剔除后中藥組53例,西藥組40例。中藥組用舒心湯治療,西藥組用鹽酸舍曲林片治療。記錄兩組的治療效果。結(jié)果:治療前兩組漢密爾頓抑郁量表(HAMD)、抑郁自評(píng)量表(SDS)評(píng)分及中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),治療8周后中藥組HAMD、SDS量表評(píng)分及中醫(yī)癥狀評(píng)分優(yōu)于西藥組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療8周后中藥組總有效率94.3%高于西藥組75.0%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。中藥組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率9.4%低于西藥組30.0%,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:舒心湯治療老年抑郁效果優(yōu)于鹽酸舍曲林片,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Shuxin Decoction in the treatment of senile depression. Methods: according to the diagnostic standard of CCMD-3 and TCM depression, 97 cases of senile depression were randomly divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group, of which 4 cases were shedding (1 cases of Chinese medicine group, 3 cases in western medicine group), 53 cases of traditional Chinese medicine group and 40 cases in western medicine group after elimination. The therapeutic effect of two groups was recorded. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups of Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD), the self rating Depression Scale (SDS) score and TCM symptom score (P0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the TCM group HAMD, the SDS scale score and the TCM symptom score were superior to those in the western medicine group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.0 5) after 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 94.3% higher than that of Western medicine group (75%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of Chinese medicine group was 9.4% lower than that of Western medicine group 30%, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion: Shuxin decoction is better than Sertraline Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of senile depression, and the safety is high.
