【摘要】：目的:觀察全蝎軟膏局部外用對(duì)下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型)患者的瘡面面積、潰瘍面滲液量、瘡面菌群檢出率及中醫(yī)癥候積分的影響,以證實(shí)全蝎軟膏局部外用對(duì)治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型)的臨床效果。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型)的門(mén)診病人87例,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組(43例)和對(duì)照組(44例),實(shí)際治療組脫落3例,對(duì)照組脫落4例,兩組各40例。治療組給予基礎(chǔ)治療及瘡面外涂全蝎軟膏;對(duì)照組給予基礎(chǔ)治療及瘡面外用紅霉素軟膏,治療一個(gè)月(一個(gè)療程),觀察兩組病人治療前、兩周后、一月后的瘡面面積、潰瘍面滲液量、中醫(yī)證候積分改變情況,以及治療前后瘡面菌群檢出率,并對(duì)試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:1.一個(gè)療程后,兩組病人中醫(yī)癥候積分比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);2.一個(gè)療程后,兩組病人潰瘍面積及潰瘍面滲液量分別比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05);3.一個(gè)療程后,兩組病人瘡面菌群檢出率比較,治療組瘡面菌群檢出率6例,對(duì)照組潰瘍面菌群檢出率15例,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。4.一個(gè)療程后,兩組病人臨床療效比較,治療組臨床總有療效率97.50%,對(duì)照組臨床總療效率87.50%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(p0.05)。結(jié)論:1.全蝎軟膏外用能明顯改善下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型)病人的癥狀。2.全蝎軟膏外用治療下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型),具有縮小潰瘍面積、減少瘡面滲液量、提高瘡面愈合率的作用。3.全蝎軟膏外用能夠明顯抑制下肢靜脈性潰瘍(濕熱下注型)瘡面細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Scorpion ointment on the area of ulcer surface, the quantity of exudation, the detection rate of bacterial flora and the integral of TCM symptoms in patients with venous ulcer of lower extremity (damp-heat betting type). To confirm the clinical effect of Scorpion ointment in treating venous ulcer of lower extremity. Methods: 87 outpatients with venous ulcer of lower extremity (damp-heat betting type) were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 43) and control group (n = 44). The actual treatment group (n = 3) and the control group (n = 4) were divided into two groups: the control group (n = 4), the control group (n = 4) and the control group (n = 4). There were 40 cases in each group. The patients in the treatment group were treated with basic treatment and scorpion ointment, and the control group were treated with Erythromycin ointment for one month (a course of treatment). The quantity of ulcer surface effusion, the change of TCM syndrome integral, and the detection rate of bacterial flora before and after treatment were analyzed statistically. The result is 1: 1. After a course of treatment, the two groups of patients compared the TCM symptom score, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After a course of treatment, the area of ulcer and the amount of exudation on the ulcer surface of the two groups were compared, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). After one course of treatment, the detection rate of the bacterial flora on the sore surface was compared between the two groups. There were 6 cases in the treatment group and 15 cases in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). After one course of treatment, the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared. The total curative effect rate of the treatment group was 97.50, and that of the control group was 87.50. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion 1. Scorpio ointment can significantly improve the symptoms of lower extremity venous ulcers (damp-heat betting type) patients. 2. Scorpio ointment was used to treat venous ulcer of lower extremity. It can reduce the area of ulcer, reduce the amount of exudation and increase the healing rate of sore surface. Scorpion ointment can significantly inhibit the growth of bacteria on the sore surface of venous ulcer of lower extremity.
