【摘要】：風濕病合并咳嗽時因本身免疫異常加之藥物影響,故其證情多較常人復雜。廖世煌認為風濕病患者本有臟腑失調(diào)或內(nèi)有實邪,合并咳嗽時常起病即為里證或為表里合邪,其病邪、外邪則多為風邪兼雜寒熱燥濕,里邪則多為痰邪夾雜寒熱。其臟腑失調(diào)、風濕久病者以脾胃虧虛突出,關節(jié)型風濕患者常見肝腎不足,久服激素者常有內(nèi)熱或陰虛之象,表證常見風邪襲表、風熱襲肺、燥邪傷肺、表寒里熱證,里實證常見表寒里飲、里飲化熱、寒痰阻肺、痰熱阻肺、痰濕阻胃證,里虛證常見肺脾氣虛、肺陰虛內(nèi)熱、肺腎虧虛、肝火犯肺證。
