【摘要】：總結(jié)和分析貝母瓜蔞散的文獻記載,認為其具有潤燥止咳、利氣消痰散結(jié)、兼祛寒熱邪氣的功效,用于內(nèi)因外感所致的燥痰結(jié)聚、表邪未盡、肺竅不利等證。兒童病程較長的遷延性、慢性和反復(fù)發(fā)作的咳嗽,有燥痰結(jié)聚、肺竅不利或寒熱錯雜、潤燥兼見的臨床特征,可用貝母瓜蔞散治療往往能取得較好療效,并根據(jù)兼見癥狀進行加減,為兒童燥咳的辨治提供了思路。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes and analyzes the literature records of Fritillaria Gualou Powder, and thinks that it has the function of moistening dryness and relieving cough, promoting qi and dispelling phlegm and dispersing cold and heat, which is used for internal and external causes of dryness and phlegm accumulation, unfavorable for expressing evil spirits and unfavorable for lung orifices and so on. Children with long course of disease, chronic and recurrent cough, dryness and phlegm accumulation, unfavorable lung orifices or complex cold and heat, moist dryness, can often obtain good curative effect. And according to the symptoms of addition and subtraction, for children dry cough differentiation and treatment provided ideas.
