【摘要】：目的:通過觀察、對比分析分層推拿配合針刺“坐骨神經點”與傳統(tǒng)推拿配合普通針刺在治療腰椎間盤突出癥方面的療效異同,為推拿治療腰椎間盤突出癥提供一種新的治療理論與方法。方法:將符合本實驗納入標準的腰椎間盤突出癥患者66例,按照隨機分組法分為治療組33例、對照組33例,治療組每日進行分層推拿配合針刺“坐骨神經點”治療,對照組每日進行傳統(tǒng)推拿集合普通針刺治療,各自治療1個月。所有被觀察的病例均采用下腰痛評分表(JOA)進行評分,分別于治療前、治療后記錄得分。通過計算每位患者的療效,統(tǒng)計出兩組療效的異同。結果:兩組患者治療前后的自身JOA評分均存在顯著性差異(P0.01)。一個月后,治療組愈顯率為71.88%,對照組愈顯率為56.25%。在組間比較中,治療組的平均JOA評分高于對照組(P0.05)。結論:兩組方法均能緩解患者疼痛,改善患者的活動功能,但治療組的臨床療效更為顯著,本課題實驗為腰椎間盤突出癥的推拿治療提供了一種新的治療理論與方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare and compare the therapeutic effects of layered massage combined with acupuncture on sciatic nerve point and traditional massage combined with common acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.To provide a new treatment theory and method for lumbar disc herniation with massage.Methods: 66 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 33) and control group (n = 33).The control group was treated with traditional massage for 1 month.All the patients were assessed with low back pain scale (JOAA), and the scores were recorded before and after treatment.By calculating the curative effect of each patient, the similarities and differences of the two groups were calculated.Results: there was significant difference in JOA score between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.01).One month later, the effective rate was 71.88 in the treatment group and 56.25 in the control group.The average JOA score in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05).Conclusion: both groups can relieve pain and improve the activity function of patients, but the clinical effect of the treatment group is more remarkable. This experiment provides a new treatment theory and method for the massage treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
