【摘要】：目的觀察補腎潤燥方治療干燥綜合征中老年女性患者的臨床療效。方法將56例干燥綜合征肝腎陰虛證中老年女性患者隨機分為治療組和對照組各28例。對照組采用口服硫酸羥氯喹片每次100 mg、每日兩次治療;治療組采用中藥補腎潤燥方治療,每日1劑,兩組均治療12周。分別在治療前后進(jìn)行患者主觀癥狀(ESSPRI)及活動指數(shù)(ESSDAI)評分,雙眼基礎(chǔ)淚液試驗(Schirmer's試驗)、唾液流率檢測,以及性激素、血沉、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、球蛋白、Ig G檢測,并觀察兩組臨床療效。結(jié)果治療組完成25例,臨床療效總有效率為76%;對照組完成19例,總有效率為21%,治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組(P0.01)。治療后治療組ESSPRI、Schirmer's試驗、唾液流率均有改善(P0.01),且治療組較對照組ESSPRI下降,Schirmer's試驗、唾液流率改善(P0.05);兩組治療前后及組間比較ESSDAI評分差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后治療組睪酮、脫氫表雄酮硫酸酯水平較本組治療前及對照組治療后均升高(P0.05),兩組治療前后及組間比較,雌二醇水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組治療前后及組間比較,血沉、CRP、球蛋白、Ig G水平差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論補腎潤燥方在改善干燥綜合征肝腎陰虛證中老年女性患者主觀癥狀、唾液流率、淚液分泌功能方面具有較好療效,其機制可能與調(diào)節(jié)性激素水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Bushen Runzao recipe (BYR) on elderly women with Sjogren syndrome.Methods 56 elderly women with Sjogren syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 28) and control group (n = 28).The control group was treated with 100 mg hydroxychloroquine sulfate tablets twice a day, while the treatment group was treated with Bushen Runnao recipe once a day for 12 weeks.The subjective symptoms (ESSPRI) and activity index (ESSDAI) were evaluated before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was also observed. The saliva flow rate, sex hormone, erythrocyte sedimentation rate C-reactive protein (ESR), and globulin Ig G were measured.Results 25 cases were completed in the treatment group, the total effective rate was 76%, and 19 cases in the control group and 21 cases in the control group. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P 0.01).After treatment, the saliva flow rate of the treatment group was improved by ESSPRI Schirmerstest, and compared with the control group, the ESSPRI decreased and the saliva flow rate improved P0.05in the treatment group, and there was no significant difference in the ESSDAI score between the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment, the levels of testosterone and dehydroepiandrosterone sulfate in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group and before treatment. There was no significant difference in estradiol levels between the two groups before and after treatment.There was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate (CRP) and globulin Ig G levels between the two groups before and after treatment (P 0.05).Conclusion Bushen Runzao recipe has a better effect on improving subjective symptoms, saliva flow rate and tear secretion function in elderly women with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in Sjogren's syndrome, and its mechanism may be related to the regulation of sex hormone level.
