【摘要】：目的:觀察腹部推拿配合中藥熏蒸治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎合并關(guān)節(jié)腔積液的臨床療效。方法:將98例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎合并關(guān)節(jié)腔積液的患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表隨機(jī)分成兩組,試驗組與對照組各49例。試驗組采用腹部推拿配合中藥熏蒸療法,對照組單純采用中藥熏蒸療法,每日治療1次,共治療28d。結(jié)果:試驗組總有效率為94%,對照組總有效率為86%,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:腹部推拿配合中藥熏蒸療法能有效緩解膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎合并關(guān)節(jié)腔積液的癥狀,但其療效的延續(xù)作用仍需臨床上反復(fù)驗證。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of abdominal massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with joint cavity effusion.Methods: 98 cases of knee osteoarthritis complicated with effusion of articular cavity were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (n = 49) and the control group (n = 49).The experimental group was treated with abdominal massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, while the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation only once a day for 28 days.Results: the total effective rate of the trial group was 94 and that of the control group was 860.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: abdominal massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with joint cavity effusion, but the continuation of its curative effect still needs to be repeatedly verified in clinic.
