【摘要】：正隨著疼痛研究的推進(jìn),痛感覺、痛認(rèn)知、痛情緒在疼痛加工過程的獨(dú)立和交互作用逐漸引起人們的重視。疼痛研究已經(jīng)從傷害性感受的單一模式向"疼痛-情緒-認(rèn)知"的多維度模式轉(zhuǎn)變。中醫(yī)對疼痛病因提出了"不通則痛、因病致郁"等經(jīng)典理論論述,體現(xiàn)了疼痛的多維度認(rèn)識。針灸鎮(zhèn)痛的歷史悠久,作用明確,而且初步研究發(fā)現(xiàn)針灸對痛誘發(fā)的情緒
[Abstract]:With the development of pain research, people pay more and more attention to the independence and interaction of pain perception, cognition and emotion in the process of pain processing.Pain research has shifted from a single pattern of nociceptive perception to a multi-dimensional pattern of pain-emotion-cognition.The traditional Chinese medicine has put forward the classical theory of "pain if not understood, depression caused by illness", which embodies the multi-dimensional understanding of pain.The history of acupuncture and moxibustion analgesia is long, the effect is clear, and the preliminary study found that acupuncture and moxibustion can induce the emotion of pain.
