【摘要】：目的:探討自擬逐瘀泄毒湯,治療缺血性中風(fēng)急性期風(fēng)痰瘀阻證的臨床療效。材料與方法:將來自營口市中醫(yī)院內(nèi)一科的60例患者,采用隨機(jī)抽簽的方法隨機(jī)分成試驗(yàn)組和對(duì)照組,兩組各30例病人。對(duì)照組病人給以一般治療、抗血小板聚集、中成藥注射劑改善循環(huán),神經(jīng)保護(hù)等西醫(yī)及對(duì)癥治療。試驗(yàn)組在對(duì)照組西醫(yī)學(xué)常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用逐瘀泄毒湯,療程為14天。在進(jìn)行治療之前和之后分別對(duì)兩組患者施行神經(jīng)功能缺損程度的NHISS評(píng)分,中醫(yī)病類評(píng)分,日常生活能力的(ADL)Barthel評(píng)分,最終進(jìn)行臨床療效的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:1.將兩組患者的治療前NHISS評(píng)分、Barthel評(píng)分、中醫(yī)病類評(píng)分、性別、年齡、合并疾病等一般資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析后,P0.05,說明不存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,具有可比性。2.經(jīng)過14天的治療之后,收集兩組患者的觀察評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),比較NHISS評(píng)分、Barthel評(píng)分、中醫(yī)病類評(píng)分,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計(jì)方法計(jì)算后P0.05,說明NHISS評(píng)分、Barthel評(píng)分,中醫(yī)病類評(píng)分存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,有可比性。3.兩組患者臨床療效比較,試驗(yàn)組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:1.本方不僅有利于促進(jìn)神經(jīng)功能的恢復(fù),更能夠提高預(yù)后生活質(zhì)量指數(shù),降低中醫(yī)病類評(píng)分,提高臨床療效,且無明顯不良反應(yīng)。2.在常規(guī)西醫(yī)治療基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用本方治療缺血性中風(fēng)急性期之風(fēng)痰瘀阻證療效好、安全性高。值得在臨床上進(jìn)行實(shí)踐推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical effect of Zhuyu Xiedu decoction (ZYXD) in treating wind and phlegm stasis syndrome in acute stage of ischemic apoplexy.Materials and methods: 60 patients from one department of Yingkou traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 30 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given general treatment, antiplatelet aggregation, traditional Chinese patent medicine injection to improve circulation, nerve protection and other Western medicine and symptomatic treatment.The experimental group was treated with Zhuyu Xiedu decoction for 14 days on the basis of routine treatment of western medicine in the control group.Before and after the treatment, the patients in the two groups were evaluated with NHISS score, TCM disease score and ADL Barthel score.The result is 1: 1.The NHISS score, TCM disease score, sex, age, combined disease and other general data of the two groups were statistically analyzed before treatment (P 0.05), indicating that there was no statistical difference and was comparable. 2.After 14 days of treatment, the observation and evaluation indexes of the two groups were collected, and the NHISS score and the TCM disease score were compared. After the calculation of the statistical method, P0.05, it showed that the NHISS score and the TCM disease score had statistical significance.Comparable.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was better than that of the control group.Conclusion 1.This prescription not only can promote the recovery of nerve function, but also can improve the quality of life index of prognosis, reduce the score of TCM diseases, improve the clinical efficacy, and have no obvious adverse reactions. 2.On the basis of routine western medicine treatment, this prescription has good efficacy and high safety in treating wind and phlegm stasis syndrome in acute stage of ischemic apoplexy.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
