【摘要】：目的:通過系統(tǒng)的臨床觀察研究,選擇消渴腎病脾腎陽虛兼瘀毒證的患者,采用導師常用的自擬方劑補參消腎安湯的中藥湯劑治療,客觀評價其臨床療效、安全性,為臨床治療消渴腎病提供一種新的思路與治療方法。方法:選取60例長春中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院南征工作室門診以及內(nèi)分泌療區(qū)的患者,采用隨機的方法分為治療組與對照組,每組各30例,作出癥候分析。對所有患者均要求嚴格的飲食控制,并予基礎降糖、降壓等對癥治療,治療組予補參消腎安湯加減水煎服,對照組予海昆腎喜膠囊口服。1個療程為4周,治療組與對照組均治療2個療程。結果:補參消腎安湯治療消渴腎病脾腎陽虛兼瘀毒證患者30例,總有效率為80.0%,對照組的總有效率為63.3%,經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計學處理,P0.05,具有顯著性差異,治療組在改善臨床癥狀、降低血糖、降低尿蛋白等方面明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結論:補參消腎安湯能改善消渴腎病脾腎陽虛兼瘀毒證患者的臨床癥狀及糖代謝均取得比較滿意的療效,療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組,作為純中藥制劑,無明顯的不良反應及副作用。通過臨床觀察驗證了消渴腎病的病因病機毒損腎絡、邪伏膜原的理論觀點和通絡導邪的重要性,值得進行深入研究和應用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to select the patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang as well as blood stasis toxin syndrome in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety through systematic clinical observation and study, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the patients by using the traditional Chinese medicine decoction, which is a self-made prescription commonly used by the tutor, for the purpose of objectively evaluating its clinical efficacy and safety.To provide a new way of thinking and treatment for Xiaoke Nephropathy.Methods: 60 cases of outpatients in Nanzheng Studio and Endocrine treatment area of Changchun University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.All patients were required to have strict dietary control and were treated with symptomatic treatment such as basic hypoglycemia, hypotension, etc. The treatment group was treated with Bushen Xiaoan decoction, and the control group was treated with Kunshenhei capsule. The course of treatment was 4 weeks.Both the treatment group and the control group were treated for 2 courses.Results: the total effective rate of Bushen Xiaoshenan decoction in treating 30 patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and blood stasis toxin syndrome in Xiaoke nephropathy was 80.0.The total effective rate of control group was 63.30.There was significant difference after statistical treatment (P0.05). The treatment group was improving clinical symptoms and lowering blood sugar.The decrease of urine protein was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Bushenxiaoshenan decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and glucose metabolism of patients with deficiency of spleen and kidney yang and blood stasis in patients with Xiaoke nephropathy, and the curative effect is obviously superior to that of the control group. As a pure Chinese medicine preparation, there are no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.Through clinical observation, it was proved that the etiology and pathogenesis of Xiaoke nephropathy could damage the kidney collaterals and collaterals, and the importance of clearing collaterals and guiding pathogenic factors should be further studied and applied.
