【摘要】：目的:通過臨床觀察及實(shí)驗(yàn)統(tǒng)計(jì)研究,評(píng)價(jià)仁熟散對(duì)心虛膽怯型不寐的臨床療效,探討心虛膽怯型不寐的發(fā)病機(jī)理及仁熟散對(duì)其治療的作用機(jī)制,為臨床治療心虛膽怯型不寐提供有益參佐。方法:本研究將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的42例患者(脫落5例)進(jìn)行證候評(píng)分及PSQI評(píng)分,給予仁熟散進(jìn)行治療,并根據(jù)臨床癥狀適當(dāng)加減,日一劑水煎服,共服四周,治療期間禁止患者使用能影響本研究結(jié)果的藥物,并采取評(píng)分前后自身對(duì)照及使用SPSS16.0進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析的方法,觀察治療前后癥狀體征及睡眠指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:1.本研究中心虛膽怯型不寐患者女性發(fā)病人數(shù)多于男性,發(fā)病平均年齡為46.35±1.06歲,患者的發(fā)病年齡多集中在40歲以上,其中40～49歲期間的患者為多。2.37例患者中,證候前后總積分經(jīng)非參數(shù)檢驗(yàn)有顯著差異(P0.01),其中6例痊愈,17例顯效,11例有效,3例無效,總有效率91.9%。3.治療前后匹茲堡睡眠質(zhì)量指數(shù)量表評(píng)分變化明顯,治療前后評(píng)分差值為10.57 ± 4.17,差異顯著,總有效率為94.59%。結(jié)論:1.仁熟散治療心虛膽怯型不寐的臨床療效確切;2.因本病女性發(fā)病率較男性高,且隨著年齡的增高發(fā)病率也呈現(xiàn)上升趨勢(shì),故治療時(shí)需要兼顧女性之生理特點(diǎn);3.生活習(xí)慣及精神因素是本病發(fā)病不可忽視之因素,故治療時(shí)應(yīng)強(qiáng)調(diào)醫(yī)患調(diào)攝相宜,方可獲取良效。
[Abstract]:Objective: through clinical observation and experimental study of statistics, evaluation of clinical efficacy of San Shou Ren guilty timid insomnia, pathogenesis of insomnia and guilty timid Ren cooked powder on the therapeutic mechanism, to provide useful reference for clinical treatment with guilty timid insomnia. Ren cooked powder in the treatment of fearfully type insomnia clinical curative effect; 2. for the incidence rate of female is higher than male, and with the increase of age incidence showed a rising trend, so the treatment of when you need to take into account the physiological characteristics of women; 3. living habits and mental factors of this disease can not be ignored, so the treatment should be emphasized for transfer can obtain patient, good effect.
