【摘要】：冠心病,即指以心前區(qū)憋悶、疼痛為主的心系疾病。輕則胸悶隱痛不適,重則胸部劇烈疼痛,心痛徹背,多呈壓榨性。常常伴隨著心悸、氣短、呼吸欠暢如窒、乏力汗出癥狀,大多情況下由于寒邪、飽食、過(guò)勞或者情緒波動(dòng)所引發(fā)。而冠心病的發(fā)病率以老年人為最高�，F(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)中所說(shuō)的冠心病屬于中醫(yī)學(xué)“胸痹心痛”范疇。冠心病的主要臨床表現(xiàn),在祖國(guó)醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)上已有諸多記載�！督饏T要略》有云:“胸痹之病,喘息咳唾。胸背痛,短氣。寸口脈沉而遲,關(guān)上小緊數(shù)�！备鸷榈摹吨夂髠浼狈健�:“胸痹之病,令人心中堅(jiān)痞忽痛。肌中苦痹,絞急如刺……不得手犯。胸滿短氣,咳嗽引痛……或徹引背膂,不即治之�！庇纱丝梢�(jiàn),歷代醫(yī)家對(duì)于冠心病的研究較為深入,也留下了很多寶貴的醫(yī)學(xué)文化遺產(chǎn)。本文通過(guò)閱覽歷代中醫(yī)大家治療冠心病的理論資料文獻(xiàn),結(jié)合臨床實(shí)踐,總結(jié)吾師治療老年冠心病之臨證經(jīng)驗(yàn)。冠心病的基本病機(jī)為本虛標(biāo)實(shí)。虛則氣血不足,實(shí)為寒凝、痰濁、血瘀等。吾師認(rèn)為老年人易出現(xiàn)氣血虧耗,氣虛推動(dòng)無(wú)力,導(dǎo)致血瘀,因此氣虛血瘀在老年冠心病的發(fā)展過(guò)程中起到了非常重要的作用。故而治療上以益氣活血為主,每收良效。
[Abstract]:Coronary heart disease (CHD) refers to a disease of the heart in which the heart is suffocated and painful.Mild chest pain discomfort, severe chest pain, heart pain through the back, more press.Often accompanied by palpitations, shortness of breath, lack of breath, fatigue, sweating symptoms, in most cases due to cold evil, satiety, overwork or emotional fluctuations.The incidence of coronary heart disease is the highest in the elderly.The coronary heart disease in modern medicine belongs to the category of "chest obstruction and heartache pain" in traditional Chinese medicine.The main clinical manifestations of coronary heart disease have been recorded in the medical literature of the motherland. The synopsis of synopsis of the Golden Chamber has a cloud: "chest obstruction, wheezing cough saliva."Chest and back pain, shortness of breath.The mouth pulse is heavy and late, close the small tight count. "GE Hong's "elbow reserve emergency": "chest arthralgia, people's hearts stumpy sudden pain."Bitter arthralgia in the muscle, burning like thorns.No success.The chest is full of shortness of breath and the cough causes pain."It can be seen that physicians of all dynasties studied coronary heart disease more deeply and left a lot of valuable medical cultural heritage.In this paper, the clinical experience of our teacher in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease was summarized by reviewing the theoretical data and clinical practice of treating coronary heart disease in the past dynasties.The basic pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is the basic deficiency.Deficiency is insufficient qi and blood, cold coagulation, phlegm, blood stasis and so on.My teacher thinks that old people are apt to suffer from deficiency of qi and blood, which leads to blood stasis, so Qi deficiency and blood stasis play an important role in the development of senile coronary heart disease.Therefore, on the treatment of Qi-promoting blood-based, each good effect.
