【摘要】：目的本研究通過對鮑嚴鐘老師治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的臨床病例的搜集、整理,并利用統(tǒng)計及數(shù)據(jù)分析來揭示其治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的用藥規(guī)律,以總結(jié)其治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的學(xué)術(shù)思想,提高中醫(yī)藥辨治特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的臨床療效,更好地繼承和發(fā)展中醫(yī)藥事業(yè)。方法本研究通過查閱鮑嚴鐘老師臨證經(jīng)驗相關(guān)文獻,通過臨床跟師等方法,收集鮑老2014年06月至2016年06月期間在杭州市紅十字會醫(yī)院生殖科門診就診的特發(fā)性少弱精子癥相關(guān)病例,選納有效的患者共171例,共計1008診次。將患者基本信息、方藥錄入excel2010制成數(shù)據(jù)庫,檢驗無誤后導(dǎo)入SPSS 20.0系統(tǒng)。采用頻數(shù)統(tǒng)計分析、聚類分析等,并據(jù)此探討鮑老治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的用藥規(guī)律,總結(jié)鮑老治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的學(xué)術(shù)思想經(jīng)驗。結(jié)果1.總結(jié)出4點鮑老診治特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的學(xué)術(shù)思想。2.得到1008張?zhí)幏剿婕?14味中藥的用藥頻數(shù)和分類;得到51味核心藥物及其藥味、藥性和歸經(jīng);得到常用藥對頻數(shù),及各個證型的高頻藥物的核心組合。結(jié)論本研究對鮑嚴鐘老師治療特發(fā)性少弱精子癥的學(xué)術(shù)思想和用藥規(guī)律進行了初步研究。得出鮑老的主要學(xué)術(shù)思想,包括“五診合參,尤重舌象”、“責之于腎,重視肝脾”、“首重補腎,兼調(diào)肝脾,清補兼施”等,貫穿整個診治過程;得出鮑老治療該病的常用藥對、核心組合,并由此得出鮑老的用藥規(guī)律,中藥以補虛藥、清熱藥、活血化瘀藥、理氣藥為主,歸經(jīng)以腎肝脾為主等,從而為該病臨床治療提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to collect and sort out the clinical cases of teacher Bao Yan-zhong 's treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia, and use statistics and data analysis to reveal the rule of drug use in the treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia.In order to summarize its academic thought of treating idiopathic oligozoospermia, improve the clinical effect of TCM differentiation and treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia, and better inherit and develop the cause of Chinese medicine.Methods in this study, by consulting the literature related to teacher Bao Yan-zhong 's clinical experience in clinical practice and other methods,From June 2014 to June 2016, Baolao collected idiopathic oligozoospermia related cases in the outpatient clinic of Reproductive Department of Hangzhou Red Cross Hospital, and selected 171 effective patients, a total of 1008 visits.The basic information of patients was input into the excel2010 database and the SPSS 20.0 system was imported.By means of frequency statistics and cluster analysis, this paper discussed the law of Baolao's treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia, and summarized the academic thought experience of Baolao's treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia.Result 1.Summarize 4 points Baolao diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia. 2. 2.The drug frequency and classification of 114 Chinese medicines involved in 1008 prescriptions were obtained; 51 core drugs and their taste, medicinal properties and meridians were obtained; and the core combinations of common drug pairs and high frequency drugs of each syndrome type were obtained.Conclusion in this study, the academic thought and drug use of teacher Bao Yan-zhong in the treatment of idiopathic oligozoospermia were preliminarily studied.The main academic thoughts of Bao Lao, including "five consultations and ginseng, especially the tongue", "responsibility to the kidney, to the liver and spleen", "first to tonify the kidney, to regulate the liver and spleen, and to clear and nourish the spleen", run through the whole process of diagnosis and treatment.The common drug pair and core combination of Baolao treatment for the disease were obtained, and the law of Baolao's medication was obtained. The traditional Chinese medicine consisted of tonifying deficiency medicine, clearing away heat, activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, mainly regulating qi, and returning to the meridian as the main medicine, such as kidney, liver and spleen, etc.So as to provide the basis for the clinical treatment of the disease.
