【摘要】：目的:評(píng)價(jià)升白合劑治療白細(xì)胞減少癥的臨床有效性和安全性。方法:采用隨機(jī)、雙盲、安慰藥平行對(duì)照的臨床研究方法。入選有效病例218例,其中試驗(yàn)組110例,口服升白合劑;對(duì)照組108例,口服升白合劑模擬劑。兩組療程皆為42d,分別觀察治療前及治療后外周血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)、中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù)、淋巴細(xì)胞數(shù)、單核細(xì)胞數(shù)、嗜酸細(xì)胞數(shù)、嗜堿細(xì)胞數(shù)、中醫(yī)癥候積分等指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果:與對(duì)照組比較,試驗(yàn)組能明顯提升外周血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)及中性粒細(xì)胞(P0.01)。試驗(yàn)組治療42d后,總有效率為97.27%,對(duì)照組總有效率為30.56%,兩組間比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。試驗(yàn)組能明顯降低中醫(yī)癥候總積分(18.34±3.56),與對(duì)照組(36.98±2.17)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論:升白合劑能有效提升外周血白細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)和中性粒細(xì)胞數(shù),臨床療效確切,無(wú)明顯不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengbai mixture in the treatment of leukopenia.Methods: a randomized, double-blind, placebo parallel controlled clinical study was conducted.218 effective cases were selected, of which 110 cases in the test group were treated with Shengbai mixture and 108 cases in the control group were treated with Shengbai mixture.The peripheral blood leukocyte count, neutrophil count, lymphocyte number, monocyte number, eosinophil number, basophil number, TCM symptom score and so on were observed before and after treatment.Results: compared with the control group, the white blood cell count and neutrophil P0.01 were significantly increased in the experimental group.After 42 days treatment, the total effective rate was 97.27 in the trial group and 30.56 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.01).The total score of TCM symptom in the test group was 18.34 鹵3.56, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (36.98 鹵2.17).Conclusion: Shengbai mixture can effectively increase leukocyte count and neutrophil count in peripheral blood.
