【摘要】：目的觀察地龍散聯(lián)合芒針深刺阿是穴治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征的臨床效果。方法將80例第三腰椎橫突綜合征患者隨機分為2組,對照組給予地龍散+普通針刺治療,觀察組給予地龍散+芒針深刺阿是穴治療,觀察2組治療20 d后的臨床療效及治療前后日常生活能力(ADL)評分、臨床體征評分、疼痛評分變化情況。結果觀察組治療20 d后的臨床總有效率明顯高于對照組;2組治療后VAS評分、日常生活能力評分、臨床癥狀評分均較治療前明顯降低(P均0.05),且觀察組各項評分均明顯低于對照組(P均0.05);2組均未見明顯不良反應。結論地龍散聯(lián)合芒針深刺阿是穴治療第三腰椎橫突綜合征療效顯著,且安全性好,值得臨床推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Dilong Powder combined with Ashi acupoint on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods 80 patients with transverse process syndrome of the third lumbar vertebra were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with common acupuncture of Dilongsan, and the observation group was treated with deep needling of Ashi point with Dilong powder.The changes of ADL scores, clinical signs and pain scores were observed in the two groups after 20 days of treatment.Results the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group after 20 days of treatment, and the scores of VAS and ADL were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The clinical symptom scores were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05) and no significant adverse reactions were found in the observation group (P < 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of third lumbar transverse process syndrome by Dilong Powder combined with Ashi acupoint with long needle is effective and safe, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
