【摘要】：目的:探討補(bǔ)腎壯筋湯治療肝腎虧虛型膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將220例膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組110例。治療組口服補(bǔ)腎壯筋湯治療,對(duì)照組口服鹽酸氨基葡萄糖膠囊治療。2組均以12周為1個(gè)療程。觀察2組及治療前后疼痛視覺模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)評(píng)分、西安大略和麥馬斯特大學(xué)(WOMAC)骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)的變化。結(jié)果:治療組完成101例,脫落9例;對(duì)照組完成97例,脫落13例。2組脫落率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療組優(yōu)22例,良45例,中20例,差14例,優(yōu)良率為66.34%,總有效率為86.14%;對(duì)照組優(yōu)16例,良34例,中32例,差15例,優(yōu)良率為51.55%,總有效率為84.54%。治療組優(yōu)良率明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05);2組總有效率比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,2組VAS評(píng)分與WOMAC骨關(guān)節(jié)炎指數(shù)均有明顯改善(P0.01),且治療組優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:補(bǔ)腎壯筋湯能有效緩解肝腎虧虛型膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床癥狀,改善關(guān)節(jié)功能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of Bushen Zhuangjin decoction on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods: 220 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 110 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Bushen Zhuangjin decoction and the control group with glucosamine hydrochloride capsule for 12 weeks.The visual analogue pain score (VAS) and the Osteoarthritis Index (OJ) were observed in both groups and before and after treatment.Results: there were 101 cases in the treatment group, 9 cases in the control group, 97 cases in the control group and 13 cases in the control group. There was no significant difference in the rate of exfoliation between the two groups (P 0.05).In the treatment group, there were excellent 22 cases, good 45 cases, middle 20 cases, poor 14 cases, the excellent and good rate was 66.34 and the total effective rate was 86.14.The control group was excellent in 16 cases, good in 34 cases, middle in 32 cases, poor in 15 cases, the excellent and good rate was 51.55 and the total effective rate was 84.54.The excellent and good rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05).After treatment, VAS score and WOMAC osteoarthritis index were significantly improved in both groups, and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Bushen Zhuangjin decoction can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney and improve joint function.
