【摘要】：目的:觀察熱敏灸配合針刺治療陽虛寒凝型膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法:將符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的60例患者隨機(jī)分為兩組:治療組采用熱敏灸配合針刺,對(duì)照組采用常規(guī)針刺方法。兩組均每日治療1次,10天為1個(gè)療程,1個(gè)療程結(jié)束后休息3天,共治療2個(gè)療程。兩組患者分別在治療前、治療后進(jìn)行臨床癥狀積分評(píng)定、疼痛評(píng)分,評(píng)價(jià)其臨床療效。結(jié)果:(1)兩組療效分析中,治療組臨床控制8例,顯效14例,有效6例,無效2例;對(duì)照組臨床控制4例,顯效9例,有效12例,無效5例;經(jīng)秩和檢驗(yàn)分析,P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。治療組的總有效率為93.4%,對(duì)照組的總有效率為83.3%;(2)兩組患者治療后的臨床癥狀評(píng)分及視覺模擬疼痛評(píng)分較治療前降低,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。說明無論熱敏灸配合針刺還是單純針刺法在治療膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎中均有明顯效果;(3)比較兩組患者治療后臨床癥狀總積分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說明治療組在改善臨床癥狀方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組;(4)比較兩組患者治療后VAS評(píng)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),說明治療組在減輕疼痛方面優(yōu)于對(duì)照組。結(jié)論:本研究中治療組、對(duì)照組均可減輕患者的臨床癥狀,緩解疼痛,熱敏灸配合針刺的療效較單純針刺組顯著,提示熱敏灸介入常規(guī)針刺治療陽虛寒凝型膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎可提高療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis with yang deficiency and cold coagulation.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group was treated with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture, and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture.The two groups were treated once a day for 10 days as a course of treatment, and 3 days after the end of a course of treatment, a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment, the patients in both groups were evaluated for clinical symptom score and pain score.Results in the two groups, there were 8 cases of clinical control, 14 cases of marked effect, 6 cases of effective, 2 cases of ineffective in treatment group, 4 cases of clinical control, 9 cases of remarkable effect, 12 cases of effective and 5 cases of ineffective in control group.The difference was statistically significant by rank sum test (P 0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.4 and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.30.The clinical symptom score and visual analogue pain score of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).It shows that both thermosensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture or simple acupuncture have obvious effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis) the total scores of clinical symptoms after treatment were compared between the two groups.The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving clinical symptoms (P 0.05). The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), which indicated that the treatment group was superior to the control group in alleviating pain.Conclusion: in this study, the treatment group and the control group can reduce the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain. The curative effect of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture is more obvious than that of simple acupuncture group.It is suggested that heat sensitive moxibustion intervention routine acupuncture treatment of knee osteoarthritis with yang deficiency and cold coagulation can improve the curative effect.
