【摘要】：張介賓,字會卿(又作惠卿),號景岳,今浙江紹興人。張氏為明代著名中醫(yī)學(xué)家,他不但精于內(nèi)、外、兒、五官科等各科疾病的治療,而且在婦科病癥的治療方面有獨(dú)到的見解和建樹。張氏在長期臨床實(shí)踐中對婦科疾病的治療積累了豐富的經(jīng)驗(yàn),并最終形成了一套全面、系統(tǒng)、精煉的理論體系,頗具特色。張氏在晚年匯成《景岳全書》,《婦人規(guī)》即是該書中有關(guān)婦產(chǎn)科的專篇,共兩卷,因其所占篇幅甚少,未引起后人極大的重視,實(shí)際上《婦人規(guī)》是很有參考價(jià)值的婦科專著,是既有繼承又有發(fā)展創(chuàng)新且較系統(tǒng)的婦科專篇。該篇內(nèi)容涵蓋十分廣泛,其中包括總論、經(jīng)脈、胎孕、產(chǎn)育、產(chǎn)后、帶濁、乳病、子嗣、ve瘕、前陰十大類證治,每一類又分有數(shù)病,先述理,后辨證立方�！秼D人規(guī)》在中醫(yī)婦科史上有較大的影響,集中體現(xiàn)了張景岳婦科診療思想和診療特色。張景岳婦科學(xué)術(shù)思想深受《素問》、《靈樞》、《傷寒雜病論》和明代著名醫(yī)家薛立齋的影響,張氏在勤求古訓(xùn)但師古不泥古,診療婦科病頗具特色,形成了一套獨(dú)特、完整的理論體系,如診病重四診,辨證貴精一、辨證陰陽虛實(shí)為要、認(rèn)為婦人多情志致病、治療婦人病首重調(diào)經(jīng)且調(diào)經(jīng)尤重脾腎等。景岳博覽古方并創(chuàng)制新方,用藥精專。至今其中一些方劑大量應(yīng)用于婦科臨床并取得了滿意療效,如附錄《張景岳婦科新方集錄》即總結(jié)了婦科臨床常用方如婦人產(chǎn)后便秘應(yīng)用濟(jì)川煎、血虛經(jīng)滯應(yīng)用決津煎、氣血俱虛的不孕應(yīng)用毓麟珠、胎元不固應(yīng)用胎元飲等。張氏的婦科學(xué)術(shù)思想對現(xiàn)代婦科如月經(jīng)病、妊娠病、產(chǎn)后病,雜病等常見疾病的治療有極大的指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。本文據(jù)張氏原著及有關(guān)的古現(xiàn)代文獻(xiàn)對張氏關(guān)于婦科方面診療特色、創(chuàng)制新方及常見病癥進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,以期通過總結(jié)張氏在婦科方面的診療特色能夠?qū)τ谥嗅t(yī)婦科的發(fā)展有所裨益。
[Abstract]:Zhang Jiabin, the word will Qing (also as Huiqing, Jingyue, now Shaoxing Zhejiang Province.Zhang is a famous Chinese medicine scientist in Ming Dynasty. He is not only good at the treatment of diseases such as internal, external, infantile and five organs, but also has unique views and achievements in the treatment of gynecological diseases.Zhang has accumulated rich experience in the treatment of gynecological diseases in long-term clinical practice, and finally formed a comprehensive, systematic and refined theoretical system, which is characteristic.In his later years, Zhang came together into "the Book of Jingyue", the "Women's Rule", which is a special article on obstetrics and gynaecology in the book, which consists of two volumes. Because of its very small space, it has not attracted great attention from later generations. In fact, the Women's Rule is a gynaecological monograph of great reference value.Is not only inherits but also has the development innovation and the more systematic gynecology specialized article.This article covers a wide range of topics, including an overview, meridian, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, turbid, milky, and mass mass treatment of the first ten types of yin, each of which is divided into several diseases.The "Women's Rule" has great influence in the history of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, which embodies Zhang Jingyue's thought and characteristics of gynecology diagnosis and treatment.Zhang Jingyue's academic thoughts on gynecology were deeply influenced by "asking questions", "Lingshu", "on the miscellaneous diseases of typhoid fever" and Xue Lizhai, a famous doctor in the Ming Dynasty. Zhang sought ancient training but did not stick to the ancient times, so the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases had its own characteristics and formed a unique set.The complete theoretical system, such as the diagnosis of four diseases, the differentiation of the essence of one, the deficiency of yin and yang as the main, think that a woman is sentimental and pathogenic, the treatment of women with the first heavy menstrual and meridian, especially the spleen and kidney, and so on.Jingyue expo ancient prescription and create a new prescription, drug-specific.So far, some of the prescriptions have been widely used in gynecological clinic and have obtained satisfactory curative effect. For example, the appendix "Zhang Jingyue gynecology new prescription", that is, summing up the commonly used gynecological clinical prescriptions such as Jichuan decoction for women's postpartum constipation, and blood deficiency syndrome stagnation for applying jichuan decoction.Deficiency of qi and blood use of infertility Yulin Zhu, unsolid application of fetal drink, and so on.Zhang's academic thoughts on gynecology have great guiding significance and reference value for the treatment of modern gynecological diseases such as menstrual disease, pregnancy disease, postpartum disease, miscellaneous disease and so on.According to Zhang's original works and relevant ancient and modern literature, this paper makes a systematic study on Zhang's diagnosis and treatment of gynecology, the creation of new prescriptions and common diseases.In order to summarize the characteristics of Zhang's diagnosis and treatment in gynecology, it can be beneficial to the development of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
