【摘要】：[目的]觀察當(dāng)歸飲子外洗治療血虛風(fēng)燥濕疹療效。[方法]使用隨機(jī)平行對(duì)照方法,將70例門診患者按就診順序號(hào)方法簡(jiǎn)單隨機(jī)分兩組。對(duì)照組35例地氯雷他定,1片/次,1次/d。治療組35例當(dāng)歸飲子(白芍10g,荷首烏、當(dāng)歸各15g,白蒺藜、川芎各20g,防風(fēng)、荊芥各10g,黃芪15g,徐長(zhǎng)卿、夜交藤各10g,丹參15g,雞血藤20g,甘草6g),第一煎加水500mL,煎取200mL;第二煎加水400mL煎取200mL,二次藥汁混合分二次口服,第三煎加水600mL煎取400mL待溫度下降至45℃左右則將藥水外洗患處15min。連續(xù)治療4周為1療程。觀測(cè)臨床癥狀、不良反應(yīng)。治療1療程,判定療效。[結(jié)果]治療組痊愈9例,顯效15例,有效10例,無效1例,總有效率97.14%;對(duì)照組痊愈4例,顯效10例,有效10例,無效11例,總有效率68.57%;治療組療效優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]當(dāng)歸飲子外洗治療血虛風(fēng)燥濕疹,療效滿意,無嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng),值得推廣。
