【摘要】：目的:本研究旨在觀察半夏瀉心湯加味治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(濕熱夾雜型)的臨床療效,并與美沙拉秦腸溶片(5-氨基水楊酸)進行對比,客觀評價半夏瀉心湯加味的有效性、安全性。方法:將60例入選病例,隨機分為治療組及對照組各30例。在均給予中藥保留灌腸的基礎上,治療組給予半夏瀉心湯加味口服,對照組給予美沙拉秦腸溶片(5-氨基水楊酸)口服。2組均連續(xù)服藥4周,治療前后分別記錄兩組患者癥狀、體征積分,并將相關觀測指標進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:治療結(jié)束后,治療組總有效率為90.00%,明顯高于對照組的73.33%(P0.01)。中醫(yī)癥狀療效比較,在黏液膿血便方面,有非常顯著性差異(P0.01);在腹瀉、口干口苦、肛門灼痛、腹痛方面,有顯著性差異(P0.05);在治療身熱、小便短赤方面,無顯著性差異(P0.05);中醫(yī)癥狀總積分比較,兩組組內(nèi)及組間分別比較,均有非常顯著性差異(P0.01)。兩組在治療過程中,均無不良反應。結(jié)論:半夏瀉心湯加味口服治療潰瘍性結(jié)腸炎(濕熱夾雜型),可顯著改善患者的癥狀,療效優(yōu)于美沙拉秦腸溶片(5-氨基水楊酸),安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical efficacy of Banxia Xiexin decoction in the treatment of ulcerative colitis (damp-heat inclusion type), and to compare it with Meisaladin enteric-coated tablet 5-aminosalicylic acid, and to evaluate objectively the effectiveness of Banxia Xiexin decoction.Safety.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30).On the basis of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema, the treatment group was given Banxia Xiexin decoction orally, while the control group was given mezalazine enteric-coated tablet 5-aminosalicylic acid) for 4 weeks. The symptoms of the two groups were recorded before and after treatment.Sign integral, and the relevant observation indicators were statistically analyzed.Results: after the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.005, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33) (P 0.01).Compared with the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, there is a very significant difference in mucus and blood stool (P 0.01); in diarrhea, dry mouth, bitter mouth, anal burning pain, abdominal pain, there is a significant difference (P 0.05); in the treatment of body heat and short red urine,There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), and there was a very significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms between the two groups and between the two groups (P 0.01).There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Banxia Xiexin decoction oral treatment of ulcerative colitis can significantly improve the symptoms of patients, the curative effect is better than Meisaladine enteric-coated tablets 5-aminosalicylate, the safety is good.
