【摘要】：目的探討子午流注納支法穴位敷貼治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥的療效,為改善老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者的生活質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。方法選擇2014年5月-2016年9月在我院針灸科門(mén)診治療的83例老年骨質(zhì)疏松癥患者,按照數(shù)字表法分為觀察組41例和對(duì)照組42例,在接受口服鈣爾奇D的基礎(chǔ)上,觀察組患者采用子午流注納支穴位敷貼治療,對(duì)照組患者采用常規(guī)穴位敷貼治療。采用Oswestry功能障礙指數(shù)問(wèn)卷表、生活質(zhì)量調(diào)查簡(jiǎn)表、焦慮自評(píng)量表評(píng)價(jià)兩組患者治療前后的功能障礙、生活質(zhì)量和焦慮程度。結(jié)果兩組患者治療后的ODI、SAS得分均明顯低于治療前,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療4周后,觀察組的ODI、SAS得分明顯低于對(duì)照組,觀察組在軀體疼痛、生理功能、軀體功能、社會(huì)能力、活力、精神健康、情感職能、總體健康8個(gè)維度的得分均明顯高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論采用子午流注納支法取穴敷貼治療老年性骨質(zhì)疏松癥能夠明顯改善患者的功能障礙,減輕焦慮情緒,提高生活質(zhì)量水平,值得臨床上進(jìn)一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the therapeutic effect of acupoint application with Nachchi method in the treatment of senile osteoporosis. Methods 83 elderly patients with osteoporosis were selected from May 2014 to September 2016 in our hospital for the purpose of improving their quality of life. According to the digital table method, the patients in the observation group were divided into observation group (n = 41) and control group (n = 42). The patients in the control group were treated with routine acupoint application, and the patients in the two groups were evaluated by Oswestry dysfunction index questionnaire, quality of life survey summary table and self-rating anxiety scale before and after treatment. Results the scores of ODI SAS in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of ODI SAS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the somatic pain and physiological function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The scores of physical function, social ability, vitality, mental health, emotional function and overall health were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusion the treatment of senile osteoporosis with acupoint application by meridian infusion and Nazhi method can obviously improve the functional disorders, relieve anxiety, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of further clinical promotion.
