【摘要】：目的:觀察一效膏聯(lián)合中藥熏洗用于濕熱下注型混合痔術后的臨床療效。資料與方法:分析2015年3月-2017年1月在遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學附屬醫(yī)院肛腸科收治的濕熱下注型混合痔患者80名,應用隨機數(shù)字表法,分為治療組與對照組。其中治療組40例,使用一效膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗應用于濕熱下注型混合痔術后創(chuàng)面換藥,對照組40例,使用馬應龍麝香痔瘡膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗應用于濕熱下注型混合痔術后創(chuàng)面換藥。觀察并比較兩組治療效果及術后并發(fā)癥情況。結果:1.治療組在便后出血方面優(yōu)于對照組。2.治療組在術后疼痛方面較對照組有較好療效。3.在術后肛緣水腫方面,治療組明顯優(yōu)于對照組患者。4.在術后肛門墜脹方面,治療組較對照組有更好的療效。5.治療組與對照組相比較,在創(chuàng)面愈合時間方面具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療組優(yōu)于對照組。6.治療組總有效率為100%,對照組總有效率為100%。結論:1.一效膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗在減輕便后出血,術后疼痛,肛緣水腫,肛門墜脹等濕熱下注型混合痔術后并發(fā)癥方面均有較好療效。2.一效膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗可縮短濕熱下注型混合痔患者住院時間。3.一效膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗與馬應龍麝香痔瘡膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗治療濕熱下注型混合痔術后并發(fā)癥,均有良好療效,一效膏外敷聯(lián)合中藥熏洗療效更佳。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Yixiao ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in treating mixed hemorrhoids with dampness and heat. Data and methods: to analyze the effect of heat and dampness in the department of anus and intestines of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2015 to January 2017. There are 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids, The treatment group (40 cases) was divided into treatment group (40 cases) and control group (40 cases). The external application of Ma Yinglong Shexiang hemorrhoids ointment combined with Chinese medicine fumigation was used to change the wound surface after operation of mixed hemorrhoids with dampness and heat. The curative effect and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results 1. The treatment group was superior in terms of postoperative bleeding. The treatment group has better curative effect than the control group in terms of postoperative pain. The treatment group has better curative effect than the control group in terms of postoperative anal bloating. 5. the treatment group is better than the control group, and the treatment group is better than the control group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 100 and the total effective rate of the control group was 100.Conclusion one effective ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation can relieve postoperative bleeding, pain and anal edematosis after operation, and the total effective rate of the treatment group is 100, and the total effective rate of the control group is 100. The complications of the mixed hemorrhoids with anus drop, bloating, dampness and heat have good curative effect .2.II-effect ointment combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can shorten the hospitalization time of the patients with damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids. 3. II-effect plaster combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and Ma Ying. External application of Longshexiang hemorrhoids ointment combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine for postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids with dampness and heat injection, All have good curative effect, one effect ointment external application combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is better.
