【摘要】：目的：針對肺系疾病治療效果欠佳的現(xiàn)狀,通過整理李孔定名老中醫(yī)的治肺當活血的學術(shù)思想,歸納繼承李老的臨床經(jīng)驗,以更好地提升臨床治療肺病的療效。方法：通過文獻整理研究方法、回顧性研究方法,學習繼承全國名老中醫(yī)李孔定“治肺當活血”的思想。通過對李老的相關(guān)診籍、筆記,門人弟子相關(guān)跟師資料的整理、學習,對該思想進行進一步的歸納、整理、分析、探討,闡釋李老的“肺病多瘀”、“治肺當活血”的學術(shù)思想。通過整理李老的診籍,總結(jié)出李老臨床常用宣肺活血、行氣活血、益氣活血、化濕活血、化痰活血、溫陽活血、涼血活血、養(yǎng)陰活血、瀉下活血等治肺當活血的方法。以喉痹、慢阻肺、哮喘、間質(zhì)性肺炎、肺癌為例,闡釋李老對該疾病的認識,分析活血法在臨床中的應用。總結(jié)李老常用的活血藥物配伍,并結(jié)合典型案例來分析治肺當活血思想的臨床應用。結(jié)果：通過對治肺當活血理論的探討與分析,結(jié)合具體的臨床案例。李老提出的“肺病多瘀”、“治肺當活血”的學術(shù)思想,在喉痹、慢阻肺、哮喘、間質(zhì)性肺炎、肺癌等疾病的治療過程之中都得到了體現(xiàn)。結(jié)論：肺系疾病雖然是以氣的運行失常為主,然而也會影響到血液的運行輸布,所以在調(diào)整肺氣的基礎(chǔ)上,適當?shù)夭捎弥畏萎敾钛乃枷?可取得更好的臨床療效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to sum up and inherit the clinical experience of Li Lao through sorting out the academic thought of treating lung and activating blood circulation in the name of Li Kong, aiming at the present situation of poor treatment effect of pulmonary diseases. Methods: through literature review and retrospective study, we learned and inherited the thought of "treating lung as activating blood" in Li Kongding, a famous traditional Chinese medicine in China. In order to organize and study the related materials of the Menren disciple, to further sum up, organize, analyze, discuss, and explain Li Lao's academic thought of "more blood stasis in lung disease" and "treating lung as activating blood circulation". By sorting out Li Lao's book of diagnosis, It is summed up that Li Lao's clinical methods of promoting lung and activating blood, promoting qi and activating blood, supplementing qi and activating blood, transforming dampness and activating blood, promoting phlegm and blood circulation, warming yang and activating blood, cooling blood circulation, nourishing yin and activating blood circulation, diarrhea and activating blood circulation and so on, treating lung as blood activating methods, such as laryngeal arthralgia, slow obstructive lung, asthma, etc. Taking interstitial pneumonia and lung cancer as examples, this paper explains Li Lao's understanding of the disease, analyzes the clinical application of activating blood circulation method, and summarizes the compatibility of Li Lao's commonly used drugs for promoting blood circulation. And combined with typical cases to analyze the clinical application of the theory of treating lung and activating blood circulation. Results: through the discussion and analysis of the theory of treating lung and activating blood circulation, combined with specific clinical cases, Li Lao's academic thoughts of "more blood stasis in lung disease" and "treating lung as activating blood circulation" were put forward by Li Lao. In the treatment of laryngeal arthralgia, chronic obstructive lung disease, asthma, interstitial pneumonia, lung cancer, etc. Conclusion: although lung diseases are mainly caused by the abnormal movement of qi, they also affect the blood flow. Therefore, on the basis of adjusting lung qi, we can get better clinical effect by properly adopting the idea of treating lung as activating blood.
