【摘要】：臨床中汗出異常者病情反復,病癥繁多,常表現(xiàn)為頭汗、手足心汗、自汗、盜汗等,單純止汗,療效欠佳。王彥剛教授認為可從脾胃論治汗證,文章即結(jié)合治療汗出異常伴慢性胃炎的臨床醫(yī)案,簡述王彥剛教授從脾胃論治汗證的臨床用藥經(jīng)驗,以濁毒理論為指導思想,結(jié)合慢性胃炎的病因病機,包括濁、濕、滯、虛等方面入手,以化濁解毒為基本治療大法,佐以祛濕、健脾、疏肝、斂汗之品,結(jié)合主癥及兼癥,四診合參,明辨虛實寒熱,遣藥組方,靈活運用,臨床療效甚好。
[Abstract]:The patients with abnormal sweating in clinic are suffering from repeated illness and various symptoms. They are often manifested as head sweating, hand and foot sweating, self-sweating, night sweating, etc. The curative effect is not good. Professor Wang Yangang thinks that the sweating syndrome can be treated from the spleen and stomach. Combining with the clinical medical records of treating abnormal sweating with chronic gastritis, this article briefly describes Professor Wang Yangang's clinical experience in treating sweating syndrome from the point of view of spleen and stomach, taking the theory of turbid poison as the guiding ideology, and combining with the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic gastritis, including turbid, wet, hysteretic, and hysteretic. Deficiency and other aspects, to remove turbidity and detoxification as the basic treatment method, with dispelling dampness, invigorating spleen, soothing liver, collecting sweat goods, combined with the main disease and syndrome, four diagnosis and ginseng, clear differentiation of deficiency, cold and heat, send prescription, flexible use, clinical efficacy is very good.
