【摘要】：目的觀察新癀片聯(lián)合黃馬酊和槐花蜂蜜外敷患處治療急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效。方法將100例患者隨機分為對照組和治療組各50例,均采用常規(guī)治療,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上加用新癀片聯(lián)合黃馬酊和槐花蜂蜜持續(xù)外敷患處,兩組在治療1周后觀察療效。結(jié)果治療組在緩解腫脹程度、疼痛指數(shù)及C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)等方面均優(yōu)于對照組,治療組有效率為94.00%,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在常規(guī)治療的基礎(chǔ)上,新癀片聯(lián)合黃馬酊和槐花蜂蜜外敷治療急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎能明顯緩解疼痛,改善急性痛風性關(guān)節(jié)炎的效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy of Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Huai Hua honey in treating acute gouty arthritis. Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into control group (n = 50) and treatment group (n = 50). On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Sophora sophora honey, and the two groups were observed after one week of treatment. Results the treatment group was superior to the control group in relieving swelling degree, pain index and C-reactive protein (CRP), etc. Conclusion on the basis of routine treatment, Xinhuang tablet combined with Huangma tincture and Huai Hua honey can obviously relieve pain and improve the effect of acute gouty arthritis.
