【摘要】：目的分析2002~2014年間某中醫(yī)院肝病疾病譜的構(gòu)成、肝病的社會(huì)人口學(xué)及中醫(yī)證候分布規(guī)律。方法將經(jīng)過篩選的11515例肝病住院病案首頁構(gòu)建數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),運(yùn)用流行病學(xué)研究方法對(duì)肝病社會(huì)人口學(xué)特征及中醫(yī)證候分布規(guī)律進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果 2002~2014年間,肝病各病種男性多于女性;病毒性肝炎主要集中在青年人和中年人;肝硬化、脂肪肝主要在集中在中年人。肝病前5位證候分別是肝郁脾虛證、濕熱內(nèi)蘊(yùn)證、氣滯血瘀證、肝膽濕熱證、脾虛水停證;主要證候類為肝證類、濕證類、氣證類、脾證類、痰證類。結(jié)論 2002~2014年間,肝病疾病譜有一定的變化,不同病種的證候集其主要證候有所不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the composition of the disease spectrum of liver disease, the distribution of social demography and TCM syndromes of liver disease in a certain Chinese medicine hospital from 2002 to 2014. Methods A database was constructed on the front page of the medical records of 11515 patients with liver disease who had been screened. The social demographic characteristics of liver diseases and the distribution of TCM syndromes were analyzed retrospectively by using the method of epidemiology. Results from 2002 to 2014, the number of males with liver diseases was more than that of females, and viral hepatitis was mainly concentrated in young people and middle-aged people. Liver cirrhosis and fatty liver are mainly concentrated in middle-aged people. The first five syndromes of liver disease are liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, dampness and heat accumulation syndrome, qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome, liver and gallbladder dampness heat syndrome, spleen deficiency and water stopping syndrome; the main syndromes are liver syndrome, dampness syndrome and qi syndrome. Conclusion from 2002 to 2014, the disease spectrum of liver diseases changed to a certain extent, and the main syndromes of different diseases were different.
