【摘要】：《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》是中醫(yī)學(xué)經(jīng)典著作,里面蘊含著豐富的身體話語資源�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》以身體為出發(fā)點和落腳點,探討了人生命的起源和身體的生成過程,建構(gòu)了一個理想的身體典范。生成性和自組織性是這一身體典范的突出特征,而身心一如則是《黃帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》的身體與其它身體最大的不同。這一身體充滿了醫(yī)家的人文關(guān)懷,既注重形軀之身的外在健康,又注重內(nèi)在生命力的強盛。因而,這一身體作為身體的典范,成為被審美的對象；與此同時,作為身心一如的身體,意識本身就是身體的一部分,而身體感覺器官是產(chǎn)生美感的直接原因,所以身體即審美主體；身體隱喻還是人們認識世界的重要方式,借助熟悉的身體來傳達對美的感覺,并以此為審美標(biāo)準(zhǔn)�！饵S帝內(nèi)經(jīng)》作為醫(yī)學(xué)寶典,它為我們提供了一種生存智慧,不僅為我們指出了養(yǎng)生所要達到的理想身體狀態(tài),更為我們詳細介紹了身體實踐的具體方法。如果每一個人都能掌握心身醫(yī)學(xué)的秘密,人的生命將會變得更加的健康與和諧,人類才能詩意地棲居于大地之上。
[Abstract]:Huangdi's Internal Classic is a classic work of traditional Chinese medicine, which contains abundant body discourse resources.
