【摘要】：目的探討中醫(yī)體質(zhì)與五態(tài)人格特征的關(guān)系。方法采用中醫(yī)體質(zhì)問卷、五態(tài)人格量表對(duì)600名在校本科學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生體質(zhì)類型分析以平和質(zhì)(27.64%)、陽虛質(zhì)(21.9%)和濕熱質(zhì)(13.64%)人群多見,濕熱質(zhì)中男生多于女生,氣虛質(zhì)和氣郁質(zhì)中女生多于男生,太陽、少陽、陰陽和平、少陰人格得分男生均高于女生(P0.05)。不同體質(zhì)類型中五態(tài)人格評(píng)分比較,在太陽和少陽維度得分中,平和質(zhì)顯著高于氣虛質(zhì)、氣郁質(zhì)和陽虛質(zhì);陰陽和平維度得分,平和質(zhì)顯著高于陰虛質(zhì)、陽虛質(zhì)、濕熱質(zhì)和氣郁質(zhì);少陰維度得分,氣虛質(zhì)顯著高于平和質(zhì);太陰維度得分,平和質(zhì)顯著低于氣虛質(zhì)、陽虛質(zhì)、陰虛質(zhì)、痰濕質(zhì)、濕熱質(zhì)及氣郁質(zhì)(P0.05)。中醫(yī)體質(zhì)和五態(tài)人格測(cè)驗(yàn)量表的相關(guān)分析,太陽因子與平和質(zhì)呈正相關(guān),與氣虛質(zhì)、陽虛質(zhì)和氣郁質(zhì)呈負(fù)相關(guān);太陰因子與平和質(zhì)呈負(fù)相關(guān),與其余8種體質(zhì)呈正相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論按照不同人格特征進(jìn)行分類的"五態(tài)"具有不同的體質(zhì)特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between TCM constitution and five-state personality. Results the physique types of college students were analyzed by calming (27.64%), Yang deficiency (21.9%) and dampness heat (13.64%). The number of male students was more than that of female students, and that of Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation was more than that of male students. The scores of Sun, Shaoyang, Yin-Yang and Shaoyin were all higher in boys than in girls (P 0.05). The scores of five-state personality in different physique types were significantly higher than those of qi deficiency, qi stagnation and yang deficiency in the dimension scores of sun and Shaoyang. The score of peace dimension of yin and yang is significantly higher than that of yin deficiency, yang deficiency, dampness and heat and qi stagnation; the score of less yin dimension is significantly higher than that of peaceful quality; the peaceful quality is significantly lower than that of qi deficiency, yang deficiency, yin deficiency, and yin deficiency. Phlegm and dampness, dampness and heat, and qi-stagnation P0.05.The correlation analysis of TCM constitution and five-state personality scale showed that the solar factor was positively correlated with calmness, negatively correlated with qi deficiency, yang deficiency and qi stagnation, and Taiyin was negatively correlated with calmness. Conclusion the "five states" classified according to different personality characteristics have different physique characteristics.
