【摘要】：目的:觀察蜈蚣托毒丸聯(lián)合火針治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛(氣滯血瘀型)的臨床療效。方法:將適合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的120例帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛(氣滯血瘀型)的患者,根據(jù)隨機(jī)數(shù)表法隨機(jī)分為3組,每組患者均為40人。入選病例均選自2016年2月～2017年2月在黑龍江中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院門診部皮膚科就診的患者。A組給以蜈蚣托毒丸聯(lián)合火針療法治療,B組給以血府逐瘀膠囊聯(lián)合火針療法治療,C組給以血府逐瘀膠囊方案,療程4周。療程結(jié)束后,分別記錄3組患者治療前后的疼痛程度、疼痛持續(xù)時間、疼痛時間間隔、睡眠程度、抑郁程度、其他癥狀綜合等指標(biāo)、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生例數(shù),最后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)比較。結(jié)果:治療前,三組患者一般資料比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),具有可比性。治療后,在疼痛程度、疼痛持續(xù)時間、疼痛時間間隔、睡眠程度、心理抑郁程度、其他綜合癥狀的評分上,與療前比較,差異具有顯著統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),且差值評分A組B組C組;三組治療后,各個指標(biāo),組間比較,差異具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);A組治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的總有效率95.00%,B組治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的總有效率為85.00%,C組治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的總有效率為77.50%;三組臨床療效在統(tǒng)計學(xué)處理分析下,A組療效優(yōu)于B組且有顯著性差別(P0.05)、B組療效優(yōu)于C組且有顯著性差別(P0.05),均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1蜈蚣托毒丸聯(lián)合火針、血府逐瘀膠囊聯(lián)合火針、血府逐瘀膠囊均為治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的有效治療方案。2蜈蚣托毒丸聯(lián)合火針的治療方案為優(yōu)秀的治療方案,并且安全可靠、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低。3蜈蚣托毒丸聯(lián)合火針的治療方案對睡眠質(zhì)量及生活質(zhì)量的改善較好。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Centipede Tuodu Pill combined with fire acupuncture in treating postherpetic postherpetic neuralgia (Qi stagnation and blood stasis type). Methods: 120 cases of postherpetic postherpetic neuralgia (Qi stagnation and blood stasis type), which were suitable for inclusion and exclusion criteria, were selected. According to the random number table method, it was randomly divided into three groups. The selected patients were selected from February 2016 to February 2017 in the Department of Dermatology, the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. Group A was given Centipede Tuotuo Pill combined with Fire Needle Therapy. Group C was treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combined with fire acupuncture therapy. After the course of treatment, the pain degree, pain duration, pain interval, sleep degree, depression degree and other symptoms were recorded before and after treatment. Results: before treatment, there was no significant difference in general data between the three groups (P 0.05), which was comparable. The scores of psychological depression and other comprehensive symptoms were significantly different from those before treatment (P 0.05), and the difference was significant in group A (group B), group C (group C), and in comparison between the three groups after treatment. The total effective rate of group A in treating postherpetic neuralgia was 95.000.The total effective rate of group B in treating postherpetic neuralgia was 85.00% and the total effective rate of group C in treating postherpetic neuralgia was 77.50%. The curative effect of group A was better than that of group B and there was significant difference in curative effect between group A and group B (P 0.05) and there was significant difference between group B and group C (P 0.05). Xuefu Zhuyu capsule combined with Fire Needle, Xuefu Zhuyu capsule is an effective treatment scheme for postherpetic neuralgia caused by herpes zoster. The adverse reaction rate was low. 3. 3 centipede toxiu pill combined with fire needle had better effect on sleep quality and quality of life.
