【摘要】：目的:探討活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹的臨床療效。方法:選取2013年5月-2015年12月期間,遼寧中醫(yī)藥大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院骨二科收治的58例膝關(guān)節(jié)半月板損傷且經(jīng)膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡治療的患者,隨機(jī)分為:對照組29例,男性9人,女性20例,年齡29歲-85歲,平均年齡47.3歲,術(shù)后采用局部冷療;治療組29例,其中男性4,女性25例,年齡29歲-67歲,平均年齡51.9歲,術(shù)后在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上口服活血消腫湯治療。觀測兩組患者術(shù)后5天、7天患側(cè)膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度,以及兩組患者在術(shù)后1天、3天、5天、7天膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹程度,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)的統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:1.兩組在年齡、術(shù)后第一天患膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹值、膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度比較差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。2.治療組術(shù)后第1、3、5、7天膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹值分別是(5.19±0.97)、(4.18±1.26)、(2.07±0.90)、(0.69±0.67)。對照組術(shù)后第1、3、5、7天膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹值分別是(5.07±0.99)、(4.12±1.29)、(2.26±0.96)、(1.24±1.23),兩組患者治療后3天、5天膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹值比較,P均0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,7天后兩組腫脹值比較P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3.治療組術(shù)前膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度為(35.49±3.15),術(shù)后5天、7天膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度分別是(92.9±10.03)、(114.91±12.95)。對照組術(shù)前屈曲角度為(35.55±3.41),術(shù)后5天、7天膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度分別是(88.62±13.22)、(105.91±14.86)。兩組患者治療5天后膝關(guān)節(jié)屈曲角度比較,P0.05,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;治療7天后,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用活血消腫湯治療膝關(guān)節(jié)鏡術(shù)后膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹有較好的療效。且運(yùn)用中藥治療更經(jīng)濟(jì),效果好,患者更易接受。充分發(fā)揮了中醫(yī)的特點(diǎn)。不僅局限單純的西醫(yī)治療,中西醫(yī)的結(jié)合,能推動醫(yī)療體系更加全面的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction on knee joint swelling after knee arthroscopy. Methods: from May 2013 to December 2015, Fifty-eight patients with meniscus injury of knee joint treated by knee arthroscope were randomly divided into two groups: control group (29 cases), male (9 cases), female (20 cases), aged 29 to 85 years (mean age 47.3 years). There were 29 cases in the treatment group, male 4, female 25, age 29 to 67 years old, mean age 51.9 years old. The knee flexion angle of the affected side was observed 5 days after operation and 7 days after operation, and the degree of knee joint swelling in the two groups was observed at 1 day, 3 days, 5 days and 7 days after operation, and the patients in the two groups were treated with Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction after operation. The results showed that the two groups had knee joint swelling at age and on the first day after operation. There was no significant difference in knee flexion angle. The knee joint swelling values in the treatment group were 5.19 鹵0.97, 2.07 鹵0.90 and 0.69 鹵0.67 on the 7th day after operation, respectively. In the control group, the swelling values of the knee joint were 5.07 鹵0.99, 4.12 鹵1.29 and 2.26 鹵1.23, respectively. The flexion angle of knee joint was 35.55 鹵3.41, and the flexion angle of knee joint was 88.62 鹵13.22 and 105.91 鹵14.860.There was no significant difference between the two groups after 5 days of treatment (P 0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Huoxue Xiaozhong decoction has better curative effect on knee joint swelling after knee arthroscopy. Patients are more receptive. They give full play to the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. Not only the simple Western medicine treatment, but also the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can promote the development of the medical system in a more comprehensive way.
