【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)的研究活血止痛湯在對于氣滯血瘀型帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的治療中所起到的作用,綜合評價其在治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛時的臨床優(yōu)越性,為活血止痛湯治療本病提供理論依據(jù)。方法:本研究所選病例均來源于黑龍江省中醫(yī)醫(yī)院皮膚科門診,診斷為帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的患者。共60例,男性患者33例,女性患者27例,年齡42歲到69歲。分為對照組與治療組。對照組給予中成藥血府逐瘀膠囊。治療組給予活血止痛湯。連續(xù)四周后統(tǒng)計結果。結果:運用活血止痛湯的治療組,對于帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛有較好的臨床療效。治療組與對照組總有效率差異比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義,療效比較有明顯差異;治療組與對照組,治療前后兩組的疼痛積分、疼痛持續(xù)時間積分及疼痛間隔時間積分差異比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);治療組與對照組的治療前后疼痛積分、疼痛持續(xù)時間積分及疼痛間隔時間積分差值比較,具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),運用活血止痛湯加減的治療組的治療效果要優(yōu)于血府逐瘀膠囊對照組的治療效果。結論:1.活血止痛湯,能有效的改善患者疼痛積分、疼痛持續(xù)時間積分及疼痛間隔時間積分,改善帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛患者的臨床癥狀。2.活血止痛湯的治療組有效率達到93.3%,對照組血府逐瘀膠囊則為73.3%,治療組和對照組有效率的差異的比較具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);無副作用,是治療帶狀皰疹后遺神經(jīng)痛的有效藥物。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study systematically the effect of Huoxue Zhitong decoction on the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia of herpes zoster with qi stagnation and blood stasis, and to evaluate the clinical superiority of Huoxue Zhitong decoction in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods: all the patients were selected from the dermatology department of Heilongjiang Provincial traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and diagnosed as postherpetic neuralgia. There were 60 cases and 33 cases of male patients. 27 female patients, aged 42 to 69 years, were divided into two groups: the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given traditional Chinese patent medicine Xuefu Zhuyu capsule. The treatment group was given Huoxue Zhitong decoction. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group has statistical significance, the curative effect comparison has the obvious difference, the treatment group and the control group, before and after the treatment two groups pain score, the treatment group and the control group, before and after the treatment, the treatment group and the control group, before and after treatment, the treatment group and the control group pain score, There were significant differences in pain duration score and pain interval integral between treatment group and control group before and after treatment, and the difference value of pain duration integral and pain interval time integral between treatment group and control group were compared before and after treatment. The therapeutic effect of the treatment group with Huoxue Zhitong decoction is better than that of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule control group. Conclusion: 1. Huoxue Zhitong decoction can effectively improve the pain score of patients. Pain duration score and pain interval integral, To improve the clinical symptoms of patients with postherpetic neuralgia. 2. The effective rate of Huoxue Zhitong decoction (Huoxue Zhitong decoction) was 93.3and that of the control group was 73.3.The difference of the effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant (P 0.05), and there was no side effect. It is an effective drug for the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
