【摘要】：灸法是中醫(yī)治療手段中不可或缺的一種療法。目前臨床治療中,灸法主要用于虛證、寒證、陰證。熱證可灸與否,則是針灸學(xué)術(shù)界長(zhǎng)期存在的一個(gè)爭(zhēng)議。解決這一爭(zhēng)議,有利于明確灸法適應(yīng)證,提升灸法發(fā)展空間,豐富臨床治療手段。通過整理熱證禁灸學(xué)說代表人物的主要觀點(diǎn)及其學(xué)說產(chǎn)生背景,分析學(xué)說形成原因,發(fā)現(xiàn)熱證禁灸學(xué)說存在一定的時(shí)代局限性。另通過研究灸法作用機(jī)理與灸法治療熱證的主要機(jī)制,表明在臨床辨證論治的基礎(chǔ)上,可對(duì)熱證進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)木姆ㄖ委�。通過對(duì)熱證禁灸學(xué)說與熱證可灸學(xué)說的探討,不難發(fā)現(xiàn):醫(yī)學(xué)研究中應(yīng)辨證認(rèn)識(shí)問題,客觀評(píng)價(jià)學(xué)說,把握學(xué)說本質(zhì),為醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展尋求新突破。
[Abstract]:Moxibustion is an indispensable therapy in traditional Chinese medicine treatment. At present, moxibustion is mainly used in deficiency syndrome, cold syndrome and yin syndrome. Whether heat syndrome can be moxibustion is a long-existing dispute in acupuncture and moxibustion academic circles. It is beneficial to make clear the indication of moxibustion, promote the development space of moxibustion, enrich the clinical treatment means. Through sorting out the main viewpoints of the representative personage of moxibustion theory of heat syndrome and the background of the theory, we can analyze the reasons for the formation of moxibustion theory. By studying the mechanism of moxibustion and the main mechanism of moxibustion in treating heat syndrome, it is found that the moxibustion theory has certain time limitation. Through the discussion of the theory of heat syndrome moxibustion and heat syndrome moxibustion, it is not difficult to find out: in medical research, we should identify the problems of syndrome differentiation, objectively evaluate the theory, grasp the essence of the theory, and seek a new breakthrough for the development of medicine.
