【摘要】：目的:評價小兒慢性原發(fā)免疫性血小板減少癥中醫(yī)診療指南臨床應(yīng)用效果。方法:按照國家中醫(yī)藥管理局中醫(yī)診療指南臨床應(yīng)用評價實施方案的要求,由11家醫(yī)療機構(gòu)采用回顧性病例觀察的方法,主要圍繞指南內(nèi)容的臨床適用性、可操作性進行評估,從診斷、辨證、治療等方面與指南內(nèi)容進行比較,填寫一致性測試表及一致性測試報告。結(jié)果:226例臨床資料與指南比較,診斷部分、預(yù)防與調(diào)攝部分一致性較高,辨證分型及治則一致性稍低,由于患兒兼加癥及地區(qū)用藥不同,藥物組成、中成藥及其它治法一致性較低。結(jié)論:小兒慢性原發(fā)免疫性血小板減少癥診療指南基本符合臨床實踐,可作為臨床醫(yī)生治療本病的標準中醫(yī)指南。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia in children. A retrospective case observation method was adopted by 11 medical institutions to evaluate the clinical applicability and maneuverability of the guidelines, and to compare them with the guidelines in terms of diagnosis, syndrome differentiation, treatment, etc. Results the clinical data of 226 cases were compared with the guidelines. Results in the diagnosis part, the part of prevention and adjustment was more consistent, and the consistency of syndrome differentiation and treatment principle was lower. Due to the combination of symptoms and diseases and different drug use in the region, the conformance test form and the conformance test report were filled out. Conclusion: the guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of chronic primary immune thrombocytopenia in children are basically in line with clinical practice and can be used as the standard Chinese medicine guidelines for the treatment of this disease by clinicians.
