【摘要】：目的:建立透骨香藥材的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。方法:采用薄層色譜法(TLC)對(duì)藥材進(jìn)行定性鑒別;測(cè)定藥材水分、總灰分和酸不溶性灰分;采用高效液相色譜法測(cè)定藥材中水楊酸甲酯的含量:色譜柱為Eclipse XDB-C18,流動(dòng)相為甲醇-水(62∶38,V/V),流速為1.0 mL/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為307 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為10μL。結(jié)果:藥材的TLC圖斑點(diǎn)清晰,分離度好。藥材水分為8.2%~10.8%,總灰分為0.9%~4.0%,酸不溶性灰分為0.1%~0.9%。水楊酸甲酯檢測(cè)進(jìn)樣量線性范圍為0.045~0.73μg(r=0.999 9);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD≤1.0%;水楊酸甲酯加樣回收率為97.8%~104.3%(RSD=2.6%,n=9)。結(jié)論:該研究所建標(biāo)準(zhǔn)可用于透骨香藥材的質(zhì)量控制。
